Warm and professional staff.
Member of staff was personable and professional. I asked for discount through a work based scheme which he acknowledged and applied. Other retailers aren't so good at it.

I was shopping for a particular item which the Nottingham shop had in stock, no problem and the hoodie is so far as good as all the previous ones I've had. However, I would say I find your stores dark and too cluttered to browse easily. As an older shopper I find that off putting which is a shame.
