The product, which I always love, was of the usual great quality. Store was very tidy and accessible and staff were polite.

Went to spend birthday money, I have always loved the company, well made hard wearing, sizes are perfect for me, I ended up spending all my money in superdry, cashier and staff friendly, I had no downside sorry

Great clothes

Went into the Ashford store and showed a photo of the label of the item (coat) we wanted to purchase, it was not in store. The saleswoman there was very helpful, managed to track down the item and applied a discount to closely match the airport price. The item was delivered quickly.

Top fit , for it's size normally have to go up a size but was shocked 😲

I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the till to checkout as I my family couldn’t find any workers.

Nothing wrong with me items or the arrival. They were the wrong size and I took them back to a store today. The assistant took them and said “the money will be back in your account in about 7 days” I have no receipt, or proof this transaction took place. She said it will be emailed to me. However 12 hours nearly later nothing. When I said I’d like a receipt I was looked at as if I was mad and then patronised by saying this wasn’t their first time of doing it. Due to this and I still haven’t got a receipt or my money back I would not recommend getting things from online if you expect to return them smoothly.

Great service and helpful staff

Recently bought my son a child's size Superdry coat from Next. He loves it. My other son, who is autistic, immediately wanted one but I could not get one in his size online. So we went along to the Designer Outlet to see if they had any different sizes. They did not have Men's XS or S in stock and the M was too big, but the shop floor assistant advised that they did stock smaller sizes in the women's coats and some of the coats are not obviously women's. We were able to find my son a nice navy blue coat and he is very happy because navy blue is his favourite colour and the coat has three zips. Had the shop floor assistant not advised us, my son would have been very disappointed to not get a Superdry coat that fit him. While it is a women's coat, you really cannot tell and he looks lovely and smart in it. Ultimately, both kids are very happy with their coats and I was rather happy with the brilliant service and the quality of the products. It would be nice if Superdry would consider looking at the sizes they offer online and in store, so that customers had more variety to choose from. As it currently stands, the sizing does come up small and they have a limited offering - but the shop floor assistants are lovely and I would happily go back to them in the future.

Buying a jacket from Superdry

Service was great. Very quick and simple. I found exactly what I was looking for and love my new jacket

Visited the store at Ashford Kent, bought. Hoodie but saw other displays with an offer for buying 2 for £60, asked the store sales staff and they were happy to honour that offer even though it probably not apply to the display I had chosen, so I am now in possession of 2 great hoodies, ☺️ thank you.
