Purchased 2XL for a 47 inch chest
Purchased 2XL for a 47 inch chest, it's perfect fit, has plenty of pockets for keys /phone etc. Now it's the New Year and cold outside yet the jacket is keeping me warm. Even though it's rain resistant I'm not expecting to walk far so I'm sure it'll be fine.

Their customer service is poor at best , they just don't care , gone from being a great company to one living off its past glory, Sent me a top with tag on and told me to go to portmouth to have it removed , when I got there shop was empty and girl on checkout wasn't interested and refused to help , used the online chat and was cut off , decided to refund the whole order.

Good, but more expensive online!
Really happy with the in-store purchase of my hoodie. No complaints. However, I decided I would like another one in a different colour, which weren't available in-store. The same hoodie is £20 more expensive online, which is really disappointing. Surely overheads are lower online, so that's where the better value items should be?
