Great products, music WAY TOO LOUD
Good music but always so loud, it hurts the ears, our children can't stand the extremely high volume, especially my ADHD son. I can't even understand what the staff from till is saying, always struggling to have a very basic conversation. The products are very good quality, I have more than 120 items bought over the years from Superdry, but I prefer to buy online just to avoid going to the Peterborough store where it feels like a rave party.

Shopping experience was odd
The online shopping experience was odd. Why do you send one item out of 4 by post and another 3 by courier? I’ve attempted to buy 5 items at first and one item was going to be sent by post. When I removed this item, another item became the one to be sent by post. The return of one item was odd also. I was provided with a QR code online to bring along to the store. When I got there, the young lady at the till did not need it. She also could not be bothered to explain the new return process to me. Had to keep asking questions about how the returns work. Poor customer service in your Peterborough brunch. The quality of items is actually very good.
