The online shopping experience was odd. Why do you send one item out of 4 by post and another 3 by courier? I’ve attempted to buy 5 items at first and one item was going to be sent by post. When I removed this item, another item became the one to be sent by post. The return of one item was odd also. I was provided with a QR code online to bring along to the store. When I got there, the young lady at the till did not need it. She also could not be bothered to explain the new return process to me. Had to keep asking questions about how the returns work. Poor customer service in your Peterborough brunch. The quality of items is actually very good.

Great service, I ordered a new jacket from Superdry but wasn’t totally convinced it suited me, I returned it to the Peterborough store, great friendly staff in there, refund was done immediately and money returned to my account, thank you.

I really like this jumper dress. The quality is lovely and fits very well (I am 5ft 2ins and a size 14 in this dress) Looks great with leggings and boots, with or without a belt. Delivery was good, too. It would have been 5 star except that the care instructions had plainly been cut out of it! I ordered a different size at the same time to try both on, and the other had the care label intact. No idea why it had been cut out, but that took a star off for me.
I was pleased with how easy it was to return the too large one at the store and a very pleasant young man dealt with it. The refund was back within minutes.

Staff friendly and helpful could not get the item I needed in correct size and they had no trouble ordering it from me and having it delivered to me free of charge and item came 3 days earlier than expected can not rate them high enough thanks.

It's a very good jacket. I just thought it would be warmer, don't get me wrong, it's warm I was just expecting something different.

Fabulous coat ripstop long line so warm like a duvet got caught in rain stayed dry recommend this I had size down
