Good quality clothes. Easy site to navigate. Always loads of designs to choose from. I did collect at store which was very straight forward. Great staff and friendly. Good choice of stuff in store too, almost too tempting to buy more!

I recently bought a jacket for me…
I recently bought a jacket for me daughter and still haven’t received it evri are looking into the delivery they have told me to contact super dry I explained in the msg has I am now that I approached a member of Superdry staff at the shop in Peterborough he told me I would have to deal with delivery company evri which I have been trying to do but they have told me to contact you
I put a msg on this page last week and still no reply from yourself ???? Very disappointed pointed in no reply

I never received my order (a birthday…
I never received my order (a birthday present for my son), as the courier company Evri failed miserably to find my address. After the first attempt they asked for more details and I gave them detailed instructions where my property is, ie which house number I am next to and my mobile number. Instead of finding me, my address was changed on the delivery and the parcel was returned to sender. Nobody rang me to check. Until Superdry start using a decent courier, I won't be ordering anything from them again.

Product is great but I would expect free delivery on spending more than 100 pounds. Also, a packaging that’s easy to carry, or the ability to get a free bag from the store would be good, as I had trouble carrying the package to my home

Very helpful staff in store at Queensgate, Peterborough. Helped with my order as size was not in stock for a birthday present. Only reason you did not score 5 stars was I was not allowed to have my prepaid item delivered to store which would have been easier when your buying for your partner.

Product is amazing in really good quality. First I ordered wrong size. I chosed to exchange in store. In the store they said I couldn't exchange there bc I chose online. It is odd. Sthg wrong in the system.

Excellent customer service
I made my first order with Superdry and decided to collect from in store. When I arrived, I was greeted by Alarna who was very friendly and helpful. She explained the whole process and was very patient. Excellent customer service, I shall definitely be visiting the store again!
