Poor service
No issues with the product, but service was poor. Collect from store communication was unclear and did not arrive when I was told it would do. I was told to wait for email confirming delivery to store which did not arrive only to find out It had been received at the store on day after it would arrive. Had I not checked myself would never had known it arrived. Collected by husband 2 days after was told it would arrive, he said store was chaotic & no one knew what they were doing

I visited your Peterborough store on Saturday the 7th May. Looking to buy a hoodie. I found one but unfortunately they did not have my size. One of your guys suggested I try on a mens size xlarge as it was a similar fit to a ladies size 18 and he checked it was in stock on line which it was. He ordered it for me and told me who were the delivery company you use and my options of either bring it back to store or return by courier. It came 2 days later and was a perfect fit. 10 out of 10 for customer service and 100% happy customer!!.
