Superdry - Reading Reviews 

I bought this as a birthday gift and really liked the product. The website showed it would arrive on the birthday evening, so when I checked the status on the day, it said “out for delivery.” I contacted customer support that evening for help, but the agent simply said delivery would take 2–4 days, which was disappointing.
Surprisingly, the parcel did arrive later that night, but I didn’t know because the confirmation email went to my spam folder. If the support agent had checked properly instead of giving an outright denial, it would have been a perfect experience.
Great product, but communication and support need improvement.

It’s a worth of money.

Sadly far too tight and our Reading branch sell very few jeans and no one within the store no why....Very dissapointing

This Superdry jacket is amazing! Excellent quality, perfect fit, and a very stylish look. My husband looks great wearing it. Highly recommended

I Ordered 3 T-shirts for my Son's birthday.
The colours were in the shop, but not all the sizes
It was an easy website to navigate and a quick delivery, with no issues.

Excellent collection of coats for the winter. Not so good advisory from CS agents on the floor

The jacket’s price is a bit on the higher side, but the quality truly stands out. I wore it in Switzerland’s Jungfrau at around -8°C for an hour and never felt cold totally worth it!

Why on earth are your stores too dark?

Also the placement of thw items are making it so hard to find...hard to browse... sone t shirts are here, others are at someplace else... i love the designs...

Outstanding choice of clothes, laid out in collections so any top will go with any trousers or skirts in that collection. Huge changing rooms with seating outside for hubby. Staff at the till were really helpful. Music wasn’t too loud. A great experience

Customer service very good

Great organic cotton T-shirts. Good feel and fit, though I had to go to a larger size than normal so may come up small on sizing. I've now bought nine (at 3 for £50.00) Same price this year as last. They wash well, retain their colour and don't shrink. Far better quality than many other (so called designer brands) selling more expensively. Love them and will be returning for more.

Your Reading store was very well stocked, and the clothes really looked neat and tidy on display. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive.
