Very happy with my purchase

Very bad my parcel arrives in superdry… wont give me as I havent got the conformation emial which I have delted by mistake

Very bad my parcel arrives in superdry store went to collect I had lost the emial which was sent to me with conformation of delivery superdry never gave me my package asked me to emial superdry customer service cant find any emial adress when found didnt help should have a contact number online chatting is hopeless they are not experienced they dont know what they are doing I spent money online cant receive my items I will be going to trading standards

The workers on superdry store are very rude I asked if they can check with order number but the answer was no need emial confirmation

I'm complaining about superdry

Wont be buying from here again

Good costumer service

I made online purchased for click and collect even i'm struggling to carrying the big shopping bag. Just to get all my stuff's before my holiday. Reading branch very good costumer service👌 even my delivery tracking well updated! Thank u.x

Really frustrating online/in-store disconnect

The online and store businesses are just not joined up which makes for a really frustrating experience.

In store exchanging a Christmas present and noticed they lower price for the new item online which the store couldn't honour.

Ordered online for delivery to store (Reading). Got an email from their courier saying the item was ready for collection so drove into Reading again, just for this.

Showed email to staff in store who said that just meant it was at the store and not that it was ready for collection (despite what it said) and I would need to come back again. Unhappy with this I queried it with another member of staff and they repeated the story.

In the store I saw they had the item I had ordered and asked if I could take that one instead and then when they "process" the delivery they could put it on shelf. Apparently they could not do this as again they said online and in-store are "different".

Frustrated, I asked to speak the manager and he started to look at the order online to consider swapping for the in-store item. He read the email and pointed out that it is "ready for collection" and that deliveries don't come into store. Instead they go to the customer service desk in the shopping center.

He then pointed out that this was really confusing and that a number of customers had hit this problem. Obviously not enough to tell other members of staff who could have solved this collection issue straight away. No apology either - just the implication that it was my fault for not knowing this.

In all I made two car journeys for one item and the staff tried to insist I needed to make a third. Plus the courier delivering the item to the shopping center desk. All could have been avoided if they had honoured the online price in store when first asked to. Not great for a company claiming to be the most sustainable clothing company on the planet.

Put me off using them again.

Poor collection service/process

My order turned up in store but I didn't receive an email confirming this. I went in the day after it was delivered to be told without the email they wouldn't look for the order.

A week later I has to spend time contacting customer service. They couldn't get through to the store on the phone so sent me a confirmation email to show the store so they would check for the delivery. Then I had to make a special trip to town to collect. And guess what, the delivery was there!

If Ellie on customer services hadn't been so great it would've been a lower score.

Processing issue meant I was told they…

Processing issue meant I was told they had my parcel when they didn’t and seemed very disorganised when trying to find it. Ended up giving it another customer. I appreciate the time of year though being a bit manic and have it in time for Xmas so not the end of the world.

The courier parcel says it’s delivered

The courier parcel says it’s delivered, when I went to collect my parcel they said it not here. I have raised a request to customer care no response yet it’s been around 10 days now. I don’t have my jacket , my money is blocked. My Anniversary Swiz trip got spoiled because I wanted to wear this red jacket there . I did around 500 GBP shopping this winter and have always trusted Superdry. But now with this incident, How shall I trust Superdry delivery service going forward tell me ?
