Superdry - Regent Street Reviews 

I'm usually a UK size 6, but I had to exchange this dress several times and ended up with a size 12. It definitely isn't true to standard UK sizing. That said, it's cute and well made.

Great product but the Oxford Street store is a joke, item arrived 2 days later than quoted online as no stock in the Oxford Street store, then staff couldnt locate it, 45min later it was found in a box downstairs in the loading dock

Great clothes. Nicely laid out store. The only drawback is that the queue was long and it took too long for staff to come and staff serving. It was like an afterthought. Many staff walked on by and the situation remained that way for too long. There was an issue with the transaction at the front of the line so it seemed even longer.

Some items that I have purchased, have lasted quite well. Some items in the sale were quite good to buy.

The lady who worked in the store was so helpful and friendly! She has dyed red hair and I can’t remember her name but she made it such a pleasant experience and we ended up buying more because of her helpfulness.

Loved the product and great service! 😊 Nice variety and good quality at a fair price. One small issue: the store layout could be better. Jackets, shirts, and tees should be grouped together for easier shopping.Otherwise, really enjoy Superdry stuff and highly recommend shopping here for quality and value! However,still ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Because I am happy with Brand !

Really disappointing experience with Superdry.

I bought an item online as a gift, only to find out they don’t provide gift receipts for online orders, something that is pretty standard with most retailers nowadays. This makes exchanges unnecessarily difficult.

Customer service confirmed that the only option is to show the original order confirmation email or return the item by post for a refund and reorder. This is simply inconvenient, especially when the item was bought as a gift.

For a brand of this size, this feels like a very outdated and inflexible process. It puts the customer in an awkward position for something that should be simple.

Definitely something Superdry needs to improve.
