Really disappointing experience with Superdry.

I bought an item online as a gift, only to find out they don’t provide gift receipts for online orders, something that is pretty standard with most retailers nowadays. This makes exchanges unnecessarily difficult.

Customer service confirmed that the only option is to show the original order confirmation email or return the item by post for a refund and reorder. This is simply inconvenient, especially when the item was bought as a gift.

For a brand of this size, this feels like a very outdated and inflexible process. It puts the customer in an awkward position for something that should be simple.

Definitely something Superdry needs to improve.

the store is well laid out and with a lot of variety, the shop keeper at the till was friendly and helpful. the dressing room and its staff on the other hand were either unavailable or hiding and the dressing rooms were full of left over clothing

Craig was absolutely amazing. So genuine and nice! Helped me outwit my issue and was just so friendly.

Great team at the Regent street shop. Welcoming, kind, helpful, polite. I love that I can still find natural fabrics from this brand, and the vintage section in the specific store has some really comfy items.

The shop in Oxford street is amazing with loads of choice and all sizes . The Fuji coat is the best coat I have ever bought keeping me extremely warm . The zip , fit , quality is all there ! I am never going back to any other brand .

Super expérience, staff very friendly

I didn’t find the coat that I was looking for at the store, so i ordered it there with the girl she was nice and helpful 10/10 I received my coat 2 days later .so was very good experiences . thank you so much

High quality. Good customer service. Not too busy. Short queues, if any at all. Refunds are super easy. Music selections in shop and hq sound system is always a pleasure.

Great value for money. The designs of clothing are great and great quality and long lasting.
it's a shame that my local store has closed down.

Wonderful products, prices excellent compared to others

Ordered a fleece online which was delivered promptly and easy to pick up. It was too big so returned it. When trying to return, there was apparently a “glitch” with the computer so took a while to sort out. The service was generally helpful.

The service in the store was amazing, the customer representative went out of her way to find the jacket i wanted for so long. Much appreciated!

All available stocks are displayed. Efficient self-help store. But could’ve stored similar sizes inside to maintain new-stock quality.

There seemed to be plenty of staff, just not at the tills... Clothes are good quality.
