gloves are really poor quality and customer service in two stores was really poor.
First off the tag was left on and this wasn’t picked up (twice!) by the staff so when I got home I doubt the tag and went to my local super dry who didn’t have the correct de tag machine (what…?!) and sent us to another shop who refused to remove any tags that weren’t theirs (I do understand this but why didn’t a superdry staff member come and sort this mess out…) eventually returned to the same London store where it was removed. Additional gloves purchased online collected and they are such bad quality! Knitting started unravelling after first wear. Oh- and the knit is so large and they aren’t lined so they a tuall to wave my hands cold…. Massive waster of time and money. Not impressed.
