Christmas gift card was refused because it wasn’t credited in store . Admitted a member of staff over Christmas had done this multiple times and it had caused issues . Still didn’t resolve my issue . Now have to get my sister to prove her purchase of this gift card to get my money back . Poor experience.

Ordered a dress for my holiday to be delivered to the Rushden Lakes store. On collection they told me it had been delivered to Rushden and not Rushden Lakes. When I said there was not a store in Rushden, I was told to contact customer service. Absolutely rubbish, not only I’m out of pocket, I have no dress for my holiday in 4 days time……

This is the first time I have bought a Superdry product.
I tried the XL jumper on fitted good so I bought two tee shirts both XL size? One fitted good, but the second was tight?? So I took the second one back to the store, were the staff were very friendly and helpful, they didn’t have one in a bigger size 2XL , but said we can order one now and it will be delivered to my home! I said thank you. But when the 2XL came , in a couple of days, what a disappointment it was still to small. I gave it to my son ? I will not be going to Superdry again.

Superdry sales team great service
As a disabled person I couldn't fault the excellent in store service by one of the sales team, despite the store in general being highly inaccessible for anyone using a mobility scooter/wheelchair. She came to me at the front of the store instead and used an iPad to order the item needed - which arrived promptly 2 working days after via Evri.
