Great staff in the Solihull store
Great staff in the Solihull store, friendly and helpful (Sorry I didn't catch the woman's name who dealt with me) Ordered a coat as they didn't have it in my size, it arrived quickly and really happy with the quality of the coat, great fit and toasty on the cold early morning waits for the bus!

Staff member helpful but so dark
Staff member helpful. I purchased one item and she ordered the same in a different colour for me to be delivered foc.
I would just say though ‘please turn some lights on!’ This retail space style is very outdated and does nothing to sell your products.

Very helpful team
Very helpful team, went to look at a t shirt not in stock but found similar ones both in store and online (the one we wanted did not have size online). Love the quality of super dry & son likes the style & fit but a little expensive.
