Superdry - Southhampton Reviews 

I went to the store with my hubby as we’ve noticed some great sale going on. He wanted to get some short cargo pants but they were none in his size. Store assistant came over, suggested that he will check if they are available online, found the size we wanted, ordered it then and there, took less than 5 minutes. With free delivery shorts arrived in 3 days time and they look great on my hubby.

Had a wonderful time and lots of options but a nasty smell around the shop. Bring in some febreze

The product is very good quality and I am delighted with it. The delivery service was quick, and efficient and the entire shopping experience was positve. ☺️

I ordered online and chose to collect from local store. My order was there within 2 days! The item I bought is, as usual, great quality but I would advise going a size larger than you'd think.

I messed up the online ordering. Lyndon at the Southampton store couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. Really good customer service.

Really helpful staff. I didn’t know my daughter’s sizing so they were so happy to do an exchange and order in a new size for her. Quality of clothes was really good too!

Jacket still not arrived. It’s 4 days late. Called them and they said it’s been lost in transit. Sending a new one, which will take another 4 days. They did offer a £10 discount which is laughable

From the time I ordered,until my items arrived I was kept updated. Amazing experience using this service & would highly recommend using Superdry on line service.

Ordered the items in store and delivered to our home address within 2 days. Excellent service.

I bought a jacket online. I needed a bigger size so I went to the closest shop in my town( shopping mall in Southampton City centre) to sort the return and order a bigger size. The lady who served me was incredibly helpful and nice, great attitude. She sort everything out in less then 10min. 2 days later my new order was ready to collect, the gentleman who served me was just as nice as the lady 2 days before. Collection only took a minute or 2. I'm satisfied with everything.

Excellent service. Item I wanted was not in the store. The staff went out of their way to help - ordered for me in store on Saturday and it was delivered to my home two days later. Thank you to the Southampton Staff for being brilliant.
And the cardigan was awesome too!

The lady in the Southampton store was very helpful when I was unable to find what I was seeking (in store) and she was quick to offer to check the on-line stock and ordered exactly what I was looking for. It arrived as was communicated and the product was all I expected - thank you 10/10
