One of the items I bought online was unsuitable, I therefore returned it to the Stirling store. The returns process was fantastic, served with a smile and money was back in my account the next day. Fab service.

Happy Overall
The delivery was pretty fast, the assistance in the shop was excellent. The quality of the item was excellent as usual.
The only thing disappointing was that because I had a gift voucher I couldn't use it, despite visiting the store as the size I need (XS) is not stocked so I had to order online which does not have the facility to use the gift card.

2nd time lucky, very helpful staff in store
Ordered shoes in the store to be delivered to the store. No notification they had arrived, tracking showed they had left Cumbernauld & returned twice! Called the store & they had arrived. The shoes had marks on them. Took them back to the store, who were very apologetic, arranged a return & for a new pair to be delivered to store. Arrived the next day, I was notified & they were new!

He made me feel comfortable, he engaged with the child brilliant service, wish I got his name hopefully from this description he can be identified wasn't the manager.

Great products and a great variety in store. The items which were not in stock were quickly sourced and delivered direct to me. Really impressive.
