Staff was very nice and helpful. I don't remember his name but he offered to look in the back for a size 14 jacket for my daughter because as there were none on the shop floor. He also signed me up for emails to receive 10% off and also told me about the wm1 year warranty.

overall the experience was good. i got asked if i needed help with anything overall friendly staff. when i got to the tills they were talking to each other which made it a bit awkward to come up and try to pay my items as i had to interrupt their conversation. aside from that they were friendly.
