The company doesn’t seem to care about…
The company doesn’t seem to care about deliveries at all, but does care about getting rated. A parcel has stuck in the middle of nowhere with no chance to get info about it, but there are a lot of reminders to put some stars for the service.
So, rate is zero.

Się is wrong, i have identical pants type at home and lenght is different. I have contacted Superdry about this issue 2 days ago and no feedback So far.

poor costumer service - actually lack of it
ordered item XL arrived S - no contact from the customer service although three emails sent. Very poor costumer experience.

Never order online, it's a nightmare. Go to shop and buy it from there.

> HUGE problem with returning goods:
- paying for the return label
- return label didn't work
- long waiting time for email customer service to reply and email replied in a way someone didn't even read them
- second return label generated from shop side didn't work too
- me going back and forth with label, email, calls for almost 2 weeks and I am still not able to send the package.
I don't want to think what will happen after the package will be successfully sent (if).

I am always impatiently waiting for package from Superdry. No matter if I am buying by your site/store or zalando.
I also found some issues in shopping via mobile phone, and needed to switch to laptop.
Nevertheless I love clothes from superdry due to it's quality! Please consider in you future design that even +35 people are wearing it ;)

Many hiccups in the return process
Many hiccups in the return process - finding a proper link in all the emails I received - then clicking it through didn’t work as there was a miscommunication between the site and PayPal while paying for the return parcel - had to use the credit card finally, which I didn’t want to

Materials, styles and colors are of good quality
I've been wearing SD clothes for over 10 years. The build quality of the clothes is still at a high level. I really like sweatshirts and t-shirt. Sometimes Superdy`s clothes costs a lot compared to the competition but materials, styles and colors are of good quality.

Please, catch up with the world
Application is slow.
But the real proble is toral lack of size charts. It is unimaginable for any decent on-line seller to not include any information on sizes.
Work on that or you still will be loosing customers. You need to catch up.
