the coat was too small
Unfortunately the size of the coat didn't match. I have ordered size 38 as I'm thin and tall person. I was suprised but the coat was to small. I usually never order size 38 but 36.

I like the clothes from superdry. Great quality.
I like the clothes from superdry. Great quality. The purchase process is great. Wide range of clothes in the eshop. The Web page is nice as well. However, the return process and received messeges require improvement.
I had issues with generating return label for DHL due to some internal errors - Polish orders. I needed to contact support using only English. It could be a showstopper for some non speaking English customers. The communication from superdry was partially in Polish and English in one message. Polish sentences were gramatically incorrect. So IMO some customers could be scared doing shopping here.
Despite that, all good.
