I am totally fed up with being asked to…
I am totally fed up with being asked to buy extra services; three times for the same service!! To make a simple reservation I have to click NO 20 times. Nest time I have to go somewhere a bit more customer friendly. I do understand you ant to offer these services and many people pe´resumably buy them but thus is too time-consuming for someone who knows exactly what he wants and does not want.

It is appreciated by many but is of course voluntarily. On the last page before the payment, the booking is summed up, here you can go back and remove or cancel the order completely.

I tried to book a flight three times, first two times the application said only that something went wrong when I tried to pay. The price also got higher every time I made a new reservation. I sen e-mail but got no answer.

I always try to avoid using Supersaver
I always try to avoid using Supersaver, but this time their price was the cheapest.
Supersaver tries to feed your so many extra services that you will get irritated.
Their webpage is build the way that you have to be very careful not to add any of the services. If you have a travel insurrance, you don't need their extra services.
I was booking flights inside Europe, and the flight company's fee for the check-in baggage is ~25 eur, Supersaver was selling the check-in bag option for 49 euros.

Quite ok flow through buying tickets. Bit too many attempts to sell you more stuff, started to annoy at the end a little bit. Otherwise good experience.

obligatory extra charge, a lot off additional business with extra fees (feels like trying to fund all the time).
I have liked Supersaver a lot some years ago but I have to say I was very disappointed this time.
