Everything was fine at first, but I had problems with the inscription of luggage, so buying tickets got quite frustrating.

I couldn’t find and answer to the problem, so had to get other flights with a completely different route.

Worst customer service ever!!! Never going to have anything with them to do again!

Just few days before my flight I found out that the flight had been changed by airline 4 months ago, but I had only received notifications about the change in flight numbers. Supersaver still had wrong flight times in the flight documents available for download. I think they never knew they were wrong in the first place. I had to sort it out by myself: cancel the flight and book a new one. Customer service worked by phone, but I had to make multiple calls to reach someone in charge. They said I would receive refund of the changed flight in the future. Time will tell. Supersaver is just like any other low cost travel agency. You use it to get a cheap fare. There is nothing else they can do for you.

I did receive some money to my credit card account about 7 months later, but there was absolutely no message or any description where it was coming from.

good process, but bank transfer is not working that well. I tried 5 times to get it working.

Too much questions and options to buy more = spend money. It will take quit long time to make the order and payment.

It is all finnish and no english version, i should use my laptop in order to translatr the page

I like the Supersaver.fi, from it I buy a few times flight tickets every year.

If login is not working some other sites are easier to use.

The reservation system gives a lot of errors after adding the personal information and before choosing the payment method. After that it sends an email to confirm the reservation but my flight connections were not correct. I had to cancel my flight (costing me 50€) in order to buy the correct one again. The reservation system is very bad and the phone customer service is unfriendly.
