Way too many clicks. I don't need any of the extra services, it's just a waste of time. It feels like you're trying to trick me into paying more. I don't trust the service.

Supersaver has become MORE IRRITATING over time - I've
used it for years - since it keeps asking you when you've ALREADY decided " Are you sure you don't want this extra? Think what might happen if you don't choose this extra!! " Without this anxiety-inducing money-grabbing feature the website would be a clear 5 in my opinion.

This website is a scam. There is no real customer service, you have to wait on the phone a long time then being directed to indian accented person who is not able to help just speak. I was promised 5 times that a document of cancellation was to be sent to my email, but they never did that, and even lied straight forward about it and claimed it was sent or would be sent - never hapoened. Because of this I lost my travel insurance coverance. I will never use this site again and don't advise anyone else either.

User experience is not good - should always have option of using English as the language although it’s on a country’s page;

Price is a bit misleading as the lowest rate can only be possible if using on specific payment method.

Customer Service hang up my call when I was making transaction to change my flight date. Their service is terrible with ambiguous information, and the flexible ticket still cost a lot when I made the change (even I have already paid a lot at first).

Flight booking went without any problems.

I am very satisfied with your booking prifram. Main reasons:
- easy to use
- no or little extra costs fir payments by Visa or netbanking.
What could be better:
- as a frequent user of Supersaver, it would be nice if there could be some "LOGIN" to avoid giving always same info.
But overall: satisfied customer.

Fairly good, no problems. A lot of advertising for extra services.

I never buy a ticket through Supersaver, as the counter showed that I had to pay another 15 e extra for the seat that was not chosen. and 30 minutes earlier the clerk at the check-in desk claimed that my name is not found and I have no place on the machine and my Super Saver ticket is missing a barcode, so I can't even get on the plane. the thing was that the officer changed, or what was probably the core problem. Bad service and too many problems.

Trustworthy, quick, fairly simple. Only minus is that all the extra services have been opted in by default and you need to opt out each of them separately.
