This company make me a lot of stress to me i waiting too long to my refund they keeping told me to.wait 3 to 5 day for 4 time means 20 days of waiting i thing i need to go to police in finland to get a report so i can bring to the bank i think i will rate this a 000

Trust and good rates !!

Very, very annoying service. If you’re an average Joe wishing to find the cheapest flights for you and your family EASILY, you’ll be disappointed. Supersaver’s forcefully trying to sell you all the imaginable extras.

I went through quite many, positive and negative stages with my plane ticket buying experience but everything ended up well. After choosing the flight I proceeded to paying and after accepting the payment the web page did not redirect me to the original site to the order confirmation notification. The site crashed and a text "invalid request" appeared when I tried to reverse or go forward. I had placed my order incognito mode on so I couldn't see my browsing history either. I checked my bank account and boom, the sum of the plane ticket gone but no order confirmation to my email or any other sign of order being placed.
Well first thing was to panic of course and I went forward and called to the customer service in English because the service in my native language (Finnish) was only available during office hours and it was already late at night. A strongly Indian accented man answered and asked for my phone number and first name. I found that weird to be asked since I assume they're able to see my number while I'm calling. I told my situation and before even having time to tell my last name he started to explain that "don't worry miss, you'll receive your plane ticket within 24 hours from placing your order".
I couldn't just leave it there and called the next morning to the customer service of my own country. I didn't have my order number which is asked in the beginning of the phone call so I gave my other information that were written during placing the order. 100% more friendly and qualified woman then told me that they can see that I've tried placing the order but it has never been registered to their system so practically I didn't have my ticket. She said that they'll contact the accounting firm right away and refund can be anticipated back to my bank account in about 3 days. She apologized for the situation and then I just needed to wait.
Today the money was refunded and I could reorder my ticket. So overall I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service in my country but the English customer service lied about the situation being ok. So don't even bother to call them if you do have Supersaver customer service in your own country.

Beware, this is a scam site! Flight was cancelled, money wasn't reimbursed.

This is my 4th attempt to contact them during the past few weeks:
"We aim to give you the best possible service, and we will try to get back to you no later than: 18 July 2019 at 11:15. "

Booking a flight was easy and got My e-tickets fast. There was something I needed to Ask and had to Call The customer service. I was waiting for over an Hour for someone to take The Call.

You have to manage to click about 100x no to all kinds of things they want to sell you on top of the flight, but if you manage that maze, the service is really good. Have been buying here for years and it works and is reliable. No complaints.

Does not answer emails in time. I have been waiting for weeks, and the estimated answer time was weeks ago. Bad customer service

Webservice is demanding additional fee for check-in luggage even luggage would be included in the airline ticket price. Information of the actual airline service is not displayed. Airline fare and general terms can be found through link, but not the information of the check-in baggage. So Supersaver and its affiliate sites are all nowadays making unwarranted charges of luggage that are not really part of ticket payment to airline.

Also their support takes very long time to answer to phone (last time 56minutes holding) and is located in New Delhi India and only in English. Even if you call there about the check-in luggage and they will not tell if it is actually included to ticket price or not. They tell you to contact airline and ask even you do not yet have the ticket. Another answer was that do not buy the ticket then if you do not want to pay for us extra of the luggages. Luckily I then managed to get the whole trip from airline 's own pages with price difference of 12eur and proper information and luggage included. With extra luggage fee of Supersaver they would have been almost 50eur more expensive + additional fee for paying with credit card. Any airline I have used is not charging extra fee for card payment.

The way they operate and try to add price seems like borderline scam.

Booked through supersaver couple of times. Things were smooth so far, but I never required anything beyond getting a ticket

credit card is a basic thing used these days, you unnecessarily charge alot of extra money for using credit card :(

A bit frustrating to finish booking / paying process because of so many additional services. All the time coming some new offer to buy insurance, possibilities to cancel trip and so on. Plus side is that its easy enough to complete but takes a bit time and energy.

Very Difficult to contact if you have a problem with your ticket!!! So if you really need the site it must be prepare for all case you need to follow yourself

They really try to sell you ridiculous extras before the booking is finalized.
