Airline cancelled my ticket and airline…

Airline cancelled my ticket and airline is happy to refund full amount but these agents from supersaver are not issuing me my refund its been 1.4yrs I am requesting them but they are saying they will deduct the taxes that not applicable in real.

They are fraud and never trust them.

I was served today by a very nice, happy , friendly and efficient young lady named Claire, so I do thank you Claire 😊👍also Abs was very helpful as I looked for a special toothbrush I use round the store and I found it!

🚨 Supersaver - The Worst Booking Service! Avoid at All Costs! 🚨

If you value your money, time, and sanity, do yourself a favor and never book with Supersaver. Their service is nothing short of a scam. What they sell you and what you actually get are two completely different things, and if they fail to provide what you paid for, don’t expect a full refund—if any!

Our Nightmare Experience:
We booked a one-month trip, ensuring that luggage was included since the base ticket didn’t cover it. A week later, Supersaver contacted us, claiming they couldn’t honor the reservation. Their "solution"? Refunding only the luggage cost and expecting us to travel for a month without any checked bags!

When we asked to cancel due to their failure to deliver, they refused to refund anything beyond the luggage fee and even charged extra for canceling. Essentially, they take your money, fail to provide the service, and then penalize you if you try to back out.

Additional Red Flags:
❌ Zero Support from Airlines – Since you didn’t book directly, the airline won’t help you. All issues must go through Supersaver’s nonexistent customer service.
❌ No Loyalty Card Registration – If you collect miles or points, forget it. Supersaver doesn’t add them to your reservation.
❌ Higher Costs at the Airport – Their "solution" was to sort out luggage directly at the airport, where prices are exponentially higher.

The Bottom Line:
Booking with Supersaver means gambling with your travel plans, your money, and your peace of mind. It’s not worth the risk. Instead:
✔ Book directly with the airline – you’ll get full support and clarity.
✔ Consider alternative routes with layovers – even if it means an extra hotel stay, it’s better than dealing with Supersaver.
✔ Spread the word – this company should be avoided like the plague.

Their name should be "SuperSpender" instead of Supersaver—because that’s exactly what you’ll be doing: spending way more than you should! 🚫✈

Horrible Experience with Supersaver – Avoid at All Costs!

Booking with Supersaver.fi has been one of the worst travel experiences of my life. I bought a round-trip ticket through their site, and everything looked fine at first. But just before my flight, I tried to check in with the airline, only to find out my departure flight wasn’t even booked properly. It was there two weeks ago, but somehow it disappeared from the airline's system.

After calling the airline, they confirmed that Supersaver had made a mistake in issuing my ticket. The airline couldn’t do anything to help because, according to their system, I didn’t have a departing flight attached to my reservation. I’ve spent the past 7 days desperately trying to get Supersaver to fix this, calling and chatting over and over, and each time, all I get is “your issue has been escalated.” No action. No solution. Nothing.

My Supersaver reservation code shows a departure on a different date than what I booked, and the new code doesn’t even work when I try to verify it with the airline. With my flight supposed to be on last Sunday, I’m still left in the dark without any real help from Supersaver.
Later on after the scheduled date, my returning was cancelled as well.

If you’re thinking about booking with Supersaver to save a bit of money, I’d seriously recommend looking into the airline. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly don’t care about fixing their own mistakes. Learn from my mistake and avoid them – it’s not worth the stress or risk of getting stranded like I am.

Don't use their services no matter price...

Bought via the agency 2 return tickets from Krakov to Tel Aviv. Flight to Tel Aviv was cancelled by the airline (Wizz air) and supposed to be refunded. Return flight will not be refunded. According to the airline - supersaver can cancel and money was not received by the airline. Supersaver claims becauses it is a non refundable ticket I cannot get a refund or voucher. Additionally and most importantly, Supersaver will not refund more than 300EUR which is "their fee" for the cancelled booking (which was again cancelled by the airline and not me)! Buying these tickets directly from the airlines would have been much more effective (I would have gotten full refund for the cancelled flight and a voucher for the return flight and there would have been no "penalty" of paying fees for services not used to Supersaver)

Avoid this agency (Possible Scam)

Avoid this agency!
I bought two tickets for me and my wife (I had to buy one first and the other one immediately after that because the website didn't allow making the reservation for 2 passengers at once) also, the website was constantly taking me out for "technical issues" so I had to start doing my reservation once again around 3 times! and when I received the reservations in my email, we discovered that both reservations were under my wife's name! I contacted them around 30 minutes later to report this issue, they said that they can't check what actually happened during the reservation, but that the airline does not allow to change names, so I would need to cancel the tickets, and for sure, they charged me 80 euros for both cancellations. Who know if these issues in the website I had were produced by them intentionally? I lost my money and I feel scammed by them, and I advise everyone to avoid using this agency even though they offer "cheap" flights, go better make your reservations directly in the airline

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. I paid €53 extra to have a changeable ticket. I checked from airline website the fare difference is about €100 to the date I want to change. I got several times conflicting information from customer support. In the end they sent me a payment link for €100 to change my flight to new date. Couple of hours later they sent an emails saying there was a bug in the system, and the fare difference is actually over €900 and sent me a new payment link. I didn't pay the extra €900, my flight is not changed and they even haven't refunded the extra €100 I paid for flight change.

Do not buy flights from Supersaver

Me and two my friends booked flights to Japan on May, 2023. In September 2023 we received an e-mail from Supersaver that the flights have been changed. We had two transfers and because of the new schedule we would't have made it to the last transfer. Of course, it's the flight operator which changed the flights, but Supersaver could have handled this case much better. We contacted Supersaver customer service by chat and they said they will handle things. Then we called the customer service at least five times, still no progress. In January 2024, when the flights were just two months away we finally got new flight tickets. I was thinking of canceling the flight tickets and booking new ones straight from the flight operator. The time we waited for the new tickets was unreasonable. Buy flight tickets straight from the flight operator, the price is pretty much the same. Then if something goes wrong, you only have to contact one party. We contacted the flight operator customer service, but they said Supersaver has to arrange things.

Not sure if I got scam

I bought a flexible ticket which allow me to change the date without a fee and only the fare difference.

I asked to change the date as I saw the price was 179 and my original cost was 148. But they end up want me to pay 300!

Math doesnt add up.

What a scam.

And I was so mad that I talk to the second agent she or him says only 10 euro difference!

What was that 200 charge meaning then??

And after I pay the 10 euro, i never receive my new ticket! and then they call me the price has changed again i need to pay more.

SCAMM!!!

The airline announced that they will be having a strike on 2 dates and Supersaver kept telling me that there had been no announcement or cancellation of my flight and asked me to wait until the last minute until I cannot get into that plane to fly to my connecting destination for the next flight. Unbelievable service even though I had tried to reach them to ask for a reschedule of the flight so many time. SCAM!!!!!!!

super poor service, never buy again through Supersaver

super poor service, cheating until last minute!

I booked flight via Supersaver, change via Brussels. Due to airline changing flight time, the connection flight needs to be changed as well as, Supersaver customer service was saying all the time that they will handle it but at the end they cancelled my flight without my approval.

If i could give ZERO STARS i would…

If i could give ZERO STARS i would without a hesitation of a nanosecond. My outbounding flight got canceled and they offered to rebook my flight. They said they would handle the rebooking within 24-48 hours. Nothing happened and i contacted them over and over again when they told me to wait again and again. After a week of waiting game,10 chat connections and 2 hours of phone calls with Supersavers "customer service" i took a final contact with them and they told me that i need to contact the airline and ask them to put authorizations to rebook.

So i did and thank god the customer service representative was a professional and said to me that i would never need to myself contact the airline, that's travel agencys job. Which i agreed. I got my rebooking done with the airline customer service in 2 minutes. Fast and professional!

Supersavers customer service was full of excuses, waiting game, chat-bots with translators and english spoken customer service somewhere in the deep jungle. Their most used phrase were "you need to wait just a little bit more".

Never again! Next time and onwards i'll book my tickets straight from the airline.

Horrible

Horrible , they don't have any customer service if anything goes wrong you are on your own. Good luck trying to call there the waiting line is super long and if they answer they won't register or do anything with what they have been told. They tell you they will but they will act like you've never called if you call again...

Ostin lentopaketin viime vuonna marraskuussa. Tammikuussa lentoyhtiö on muuttanut lähtöajan niin ettei olisi mahdollista ottaa sitä (saapumisaika 4pm kun lähtöaika samasta kohdasta jo 2 pm).
Ei ollut mahdollistuuta vaihtaa toiselle päivälle niin minulle neuvottiin perua paketti ja sanottiin että saan "full refund". Tämä kesti yli 6 kuukautta ja jouduin soittamaan ainakin yksi-pari kertaa viikossa. Joka kertaa kuulin "of course you will get the full refund, do not worry" (kukaan ei puhunut suomea). Viihdoinkin sain viestin: We received your request that you wish to cancel your booking STYW8K. We are always required to follow the airline rules for the ticket(s) that you have booked with us. In this case, according to the rules set out by the airline, it is not possible to get a refund of your booking in case of cancellation.
Please note that your booking has not been cancelled yet.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

flight time changed, no refund

Airline company delays the flight with few hours that I had to cancel it, called within deadlines, they gave me a choice between refund or picking another one and i chose refund. Later when I call to ask about the status, they say that i was marked as "no show" for the flight, so there is no refund for me. Their agent offered me the refund before a week at least & I have sent an email to say that the new time does not fit me. Really bad customer service & services overall. Never again

THIS TRAVELAGENT RUINED MY PLANNED HOLIDAY.
I booked flight last night for Helsinki-Cebu, then in the morning I got an email that the flight has been canceled due to technical error.I called Qatar airways and costumer agent said the money didn't go to the airlines nor the booking and the money is still in the Supersaver. how easy it is for the supersaver to advice to book new ticket directly to the airlines after they got the full amount of money deducted from my account. they said they will transfer it 3-5 days.Ill make a review again after I get my money back, its sound crazy to get easily the payment when the booking didn't get thru and its hard to refund it right away. I need a refund to book new ticket. we are a poor human working our ass off to pay for the ticket, to see our Family after three years of not seeing them.
