I changed my ticket but didn’t get any information about my new ticket after 24 hours , my husband can’t changed his ticket and every time told us waiting we should talk to another one , not answer emails , waiting on line a long time , I can’t find the parts that can extra luggage , this is last time I buy ticket from supersaver

If you are reading this before you book a flight, thank your lucky stars and take heed of this warning. Buy directly from an airline company. My flight got cancelled and I got an email from supersaver.fi saying they could process my refund for a fee of 30€ and I gave them a go ahead. 1.5 months later I call and ask how it’s going. They say we are processing it but they will take 195€ and the airline company will also take some taxes. So they take half the ticket price and some more. You might end up 20-50 bucks more if you buy via airline companies but at least your calls for refunds won’t go through some Indian call center.

Customer service had made faulty refund application to the airline. This came up when I called the airline about the refund six months after Supersaver had sent the application. After calling Supersaver about this they asked me to call the airline about cancelling their application so they could resend it. So basically Supersaver outsourced their job to me. This was almost an year ago.

After this fiasco I have had to make multiple phone calls to both Supersaver and the airline and Im still waiting for the refund since Supersaver does not want to contact airline themselves to sort his out and get refund for cancelled flight even though the airline explicitly asked them to.

This is borderline illegal. Would not recommend buying anything through them.

This is the worst company ever, call customer service for days to make changes to booking, nobody answered, i waited over 1 hour everyday before hanging up

Main flight package worked out ok, chose several add-ons like customer service etc. All add-ons are pretty much waste of money. Service package cannot handle anything online but you'd have to pretty much always call them if you get in trouble during vacation, and they offer only phone number by your home country, meaning you end up paying 1+ EUR/min just to wait in half an hour queue. Just book directly from plane company and there is less hassle.

Bought a ticket from Supersaver and it gave less baggage allowance. But for the same ticket, the local agency gave a much higher baggage allowance. When I contacted Supersaver Finland, the guy said he doesn't know anything and to contact with airlines. Then, I told him I bought the ticket from Supersaver, not from the airlines. Again he continued the same bla bla bla. .

There are fast for booking but if there are any cancellations or other issues arise they are pretty useless.
I dont receive any emails or text messages that my flight is cancelled.
And I send various emails concerning my cancelled flight as well as the refund. No reply or whatsoever its like they are not existing yup pretty dumb useless.
I will not suggest this agent.BEWARE!

If there are no changes required for you flight it is safe enough to use SuperSaver but if there are any cancellations or other issues arise they are pretty useless.
Their method of suggesting alternative flights is bad, they do not answer questions in and accurate and easy to understand manner and they apparently do not accept suggested alternative flights from customers

I had a voucher worth 90% of a previous ticket that I had cancelled, and once I wanted to book another flight and use the voucher, the voucher did not work. I had to call them twice (not easy to reach) and turned out the voucher only works when you search flights directly from Supersaver (not through Momondo or Skyscanner etc). By the time I got the voucher to work, ticket prices were already 100€ higher. Overall, I find their way of conducting business shady and extremely annoying, would not recommend doing anything with Supersaver anymore.

Tried to book the flights three times with my credit card. Didn't work. Finally, had no other choice than to pay them from my bank account.

This scammy company is not answering to their emails and phone and does not provide refund, even though I specifically bought refundable ticket.

Finally i got flights for corrected dates. Unfortunately my battery ended before i could verbally thank the person on the phone.

Easy and most of all safe place to buy flights/hotels! Have used Supersaver already for years, havent had any kind of problems in buying.. It works well for travelers who want to 'fly solo' :)

I had several discussions the past week with Supersaver, of which one was horrible, two ok but not able to help and suddenly today i had the best service ever (numbers located in Sweden). Yesterday I was sure I would never use Supersaver again, today's experience changed that. I wish I could direct to good and bad experiences to the appropriate addresses, it would have been 1 star and 2 stars for yesterdays' calls and 5 stars without a doubt for (both of) the calls of today.

I asked refund from cancelled flight what i got last year in may. Norwegian didn't give me anything else than pointless emails, i waited allmost year. Supersaver answered to me in a day and i got money from them really fast, it didn't take even a week!! I was really suprised and happy how fast and easy everything was. 🙏
