Very bad. They haven’t refunded me yet 560€ for the airlines cancelled flight. So bad customer service. They are a scam. Please don’t ever buy any services from them. They are liers and cheaters.

Worst service ever. Lost all my money with rebooking and cancellation issues from their end.

I was afraid that the flight would not be rescheduled. However, the customer service staff did their best and were really friendly. They did an excellent job. Saved my connecting flight! thanks for that. Fast and good service!

Super saver are scammers, difficult to contact, and when you do get reply after long time(&you pay for each minutes, it's always the same frustrating reply they can't, or don't to help you , it's a night mare, never again. When I finally got reply from agent, they just made me tired, wrong information and eventually after months I understood there is no chance to get refund, its just waste of time and money, (big phone bill
the agents are unreliable, gave me wrong information, the flight was cancelled by Turkish Airlines due to the covid in 2021.but I never got chance for a refund, then they offered a voucher but I could not use so over a year I was trying to get refund but they misled me, one agent told that the only way is to wait for the voucher to expire and then to claim again for refund. Pls save your money nerves and time, just don't deal with them

If you don't want to lose your money, don't buy anything from here! You won't get an answer, you won't get your money! I wrote 5 times, sent tickets and flight information. No reply. When I ask "how is the resolution of the matter progressing?" so they ask again to send the question and the flight information. This has been going on for 3 months.

It is impossible to contact them. My flight has been cancelled and I can't find any info obout the refound. Don't use this agency to buy the ticket

Supersaver is a scammer website, they redirected me from “google travel” to their website, with the wrong dates.
When making my booking all the way to the payment, they didn’t show the dates of the original inputs, and finally after the payment went they replied with the email and the wrong dates i had input from Google Travel, It is a scammers scheme. They are using google Travel to make this scheme work.
Contacted them to change the dates, but they couldn’t help
because only Norwegian Air can do that.
I tried to find the trip from
Official Norwegian website, they don’t recognise by booking reference number, it means that the tickets i bought from Supersaver are fake. Be aware of these scammer’s.

hello , plz dont contact supersaver its a waste n horrible service i have got. just small changes of a date of birth they took me 1hour n 45 mints, aft that wen i contacted the airlines thy have not made any changes

Awful customer service and scammy refund policy. With great help from Competition & Consumer Authority finally managed to get my refund, after nearly two years! Supersaver ignored all e-mails and lied about refunding untill the last minute. Those scammed by supersaver, I highly recommend you to seek help from KKV/your local consumer rights authority. Those who are contemplating whether to use supersaver or not, JUST DON'T.

I ADVICE TO EVERYBODY, DON'T BUY ABSOLUTELY ANY TICKET FROM THIS AGENCY, BECAUSE WHEN YOU WILL HAVE SOME PROBLEM, THERE IS NOT ANYBODY TO HELP YOU!

I bought flight cancellation insurance and I am still not able to use cancellation coupon. At first it took me 4 customer calls for them to even admit I have purchased the insurance. When I tried to use discount code their portal threw some errors, call with customer service did not help. There is absolutely no reason you should use this company for any business at all.

We have got 2 tickets by supersaver. Both of them were canceled by the Norwegian airline due to COVID. However, we get no refund for 6 months, plus, we have tried to contact them million times, however, we get no response. Please, never ever trust these scammers.

Very difficult to reach to customer service especially Finnish customer service, the ladies doesn't want to do any work, trying making any problem not to make rebooking.
The customer service through filling the form from the website it works but they can call anytime which is not expected.

From my latest call with them I was able to receive very good customer service, but my overall score is 3 because I couldnt get good customer service from my previous calls. I had spent 2 hours on phone with 2 different person the other day trying to change my flight tickets but they only told they cannot do it. Then my last call, the customer service agent was able to fix my problem in just 10minutes..

Reservation cancelled after 1 day of purchase and information that contact directly to airline.
