I have waited my refund more than 6 months from supersaver and airline have paid refund to supersaver 4 months ago. Once miraculously finnish speaking customer service person answered me and send rush request for my refunding and that is 1 month ago, after that there has been not any answer for my calls or emails.
I have used many times supersaver services and everything has been ok but there has been not any problems with bookings or flights.
After this i will never ever use supersaver services again.

Cannot rely on Supersaver. Would never recommend this for booking flights. Have been waiting for my refund for almost two years. By now I believe that I will never receive it without legal help.

I booked flights from Supersaver. The day before my flight, I started to do the check-in. This could not be done via internet, so I called Lufthansa (the operator) directly to check-in on the phone. I was told from Lufthansa that my flight had been cancelled. Prior to this I received no email or notification from Supersaver nor Lufthansa. All the flights were full end I could not get a replacement, because (this is what I was told) I contacted Lufthansa so late. Well, I RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION OF THE CANCELLATION. Later on, I called Supersaver to get my money back and asked why I was not notified. The answer was something like: "Because of Covid19, there are lots of emails going around" Then I asked if I could get my money back. The answer was: "We can try, if you pay us 30 euros". Never using their services again.

The aircompany cancelled the flights in September,
do not know the reason. Supersaver answered very late and said there is going to be full refund from the air company and ”no action is needed”. I waited two months and called the air company: they said they have already refunded it to Supersaver. Now I called Supersaver and they said I should do the cancellation of reservation for the trip and they charge extra money for doing so. I wonder will I ever get the money back (900 euros)! Not satisfied at all!

Extremely unprofessional! I was left on hold for more than 40 minutes all to end up with a very unpleasant and unclear call with a customer service rep. Not only were my flights canceled, but I didn't receive my money back for more than 3 months. As if this is not bad enough, they just sent me an e-mail that I have to wait for another 3 to 4 months to get a refund. What kind of company refunds money after 7 months, that of course if I ever get anything! It is highly doubtful that I will get anything from them looking at how unprofessional this whole experience has been.

I had very bad experience with super saver specially with english speaking customer service calls were connceted in india.
They kept me waiting for more then 20 mins and gave me wrong fair many times.
I called atleast 5 times finally i talked to finnish customet service and they helped me in less then 2 mins to change my flight.

We booked tickets for 4 persons for end of July to go from France to Canada with Air Transit (& return in August). These flights have been cancelled but since June, Super saver is unable to give appropriate answer. I LOOSE MY TIME SPENDING HOURS by phone (French or English speakers, same UNPROFESSIONAL teams). I had everything: computer problem, too much waiting times so they require to call back, request to contact directly the company to ask them to make a manipulation in their own IT system, none information from them about cancellation or excuse, none visibility ... For the moment they don't want to know anything but I am not going to let them. I am asking for any good advice to get me out of this situation. THEY ARE THIEVES.

I have been waiting for refund already 3 months. This travel agency does not do anything.

Jonathan was very helpful. He listened calmly and assessed/checked all the possibilities. He suggested the best possible scenario in this COVID-19 situation and we accepted his advice. During the phone call he even moved forward our refund application to the airline. Hoping for the best now.

Supersaver and lufthansa stole 286 EUR straight from my bank account by canceling my booking from Lisboa to Helsinki today without our permission and is unwilling to refund the funds nor organise a replacement flight that was meant to bring my disabled brother to home. #Lufthansa #Lufthans

My flight was affected due to corona virus and i got an email from them which has to 2 forms to fill one was rebooking form and the other was refund, i filled rebooking form but couple weeks ago i got an email which says i should call them if i wanna rebook my flight; i did that and the call took me almost half an hour to reach them and after that the lady which responded to me was kinda nice but the voice was cutting and i couldnt hear any thing so i sent them an email explaining my case but no respond. What kind of service do they hv? So i am paying my ticket for nothing. Please note guys before u buy a ticket from them read the review section and choose other flight service unless u want to donate for them. Thank u

Good service in covid 19 situation. Refund was quick to handle and ask.

We weren't warned our flight was canceled until we tried checking ourselves. Supersaver was unable to rebook our tickets for free although the airline (Lufthansa) currently has a policy of allowing tickets to be rebooked for free for whatever reason.

I read all things about Supersaver, but my ecperience was actually very positive. Our flights was cancelled and wanted the refund. Waiting time on the phone was about 10 minutes and customer sarvice was patient and pollite. Only minus was the very bad telephone line. If I get the money someday I have only positive things to say about Supersaver.
