Deserves half a star, if I could. Customer service is not existing. I tried to contact them several times by phone and finally sent a mail, which got no response after 50 days. It is impossible to get in touch with local branch and only get transferred to a centralized service, where nobody answers. Terrible service.

very bad coustomer service waited almost 3hrs in phone and finally some one answered and when i said my flight was canceled by airways iwanted to change another flight they said they gonna transfer my call to some one else then again waited 2,30 hrs and after some un proffisional guy answred the phone the line was so poor i could not understand anything he said but finally he said it's not possible to change the flight or refund it's real scam and cheating company. i have been booking all my flights trough super server last 6years not any more its a cheating company poor coustomer service the agent was not friendly

They're quite obviously letting customers sit in the phone waiting loop on purpose to make the money back they have to refund. I find it hard to believe that it takes 50 days to handle a cancellation. I'm trying to get someone on the phone since my flights are in 2 days. This was impossible already back in the beginning of February (Feb 10). Still no contact, no confirmations. Bullsh!t!

Quick, clear, understandable

My flight was cancelled due to natural disaster. Getting a refund seems very difficult. They said it takes 2-16 weeks! Now 8 weeks has passed and i haven’t seen my money.

Edit: the money was finally refunded in full, after a 10-week process.

I have been using Supersaver for a dozen of times but will not any longer.

Really bad service, everything works until something goes wrong. After that is total circus. Refundend only return flights, so now I need to buy new tickets which costs as much as my original ticket. No customer service in local language even if they claim to offer that. They refused also to provide me a detailed receipt for insurance. All in all spent 7h on the phone with them. Never using the service again.

it was good and easy to book. But they offer too many services which may not need for many uses..
