NO client Respect! Super Shield sends replacement products of lesser quality and chiepper price and keeps you money. They don't ask if it's ok, they just do it. Wast of time and money. Very bad experience with BEST BUY's Marketplace & SuperShield. They also throw the package on your balcone in the snow. They don't respect the clients.

My order was not filled properly and they said they would send the proper case but it never arrived. I then requested a refund which has yet to hit my credit card after 2+ weeks. They do not appear to be honest or have a shred of integrity. Buyer beware - I would not recommend.
My order of two dongles was complicated, in that I had them shipped to two different addresses. One arrived quickly but it didn’t work. The other one got lost. With a little persistence both issues were resolved. I believe that customer service at Supershield is honest and fair, although a little slow.
The advertisement for an $8 cell phone cover was the wrong size and I could not find how to return and a month later still have not been credited for the purchase even though I have returned the item to the address on the invoice which is the only one I could find.
I ordered an iPad case specific to my model and they just sent me what they had. After I complained that they had not sent what I ordered, I was told that it was my fault and if I returned the item at my cost they would send me the correct one.
I will not shop here again.
I ordered a screen protector for my phone. And I received it in about 2 weeks. Everything came as it should. Took a little bit longer. But I received it! And it's pretty good quality! Thanks guys!!
WARNING - I ordered screen protectors that never arrived and was ignored when I requested a refund. They claim to have resent a replacement after 3 weeks but it is now 5 weeks and still nothing. Had to go through my credit card company to stop payment.
Total scam. Product never came, the owner said it was sent, then said he reimbursed me. Neither happened. When you call, the guy is at home, with his baby around. Not a true business
