Omg how can they still be on FB or internet?? Our scammers and fraudsters! I just lost 1200€. They never sent parts and do not reply to emails or calls.... They have no real. Location or address on Google Map and don't exist. I am staying away from Online shopping for a long time now!

Avoid them, they will take your money and not even bother

Placed an order of "in stock" items cost over £300.Heard nothing for two weeks,tried to cancel order and got the reply "nah".Lost all that money.Clearly scammers AVOID!!!Now having to start legal action to get my money back.

Fraud! They never delivered parts, then I had to dispute the charges. Months later they ran the charges through again. Beware, you need to cancel any card you used with them

As per the other reviews I ordered parts that never turned up and a year later they try to re charge you again using the excuse it was a subscription which is just bull sh-t

Placed an order in December, to which they sent an order acknowledgment. However, the goods did not arrive, nor did they reply to my emails. They have a pathetic recorded message on their phone system, and have no intention of replying to the emails they tell you to send! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Scammers as per all the other reviews.
Take the money and never send the goods then don't respond to emails/calls.
Waiting on a refund but judging by other reviews they don't honour the refunds.
Quick check of Companies House and you can see all the other companies the directors own if you want to try and track them down that way to get your money back.
Should be stopped trading.

I placed an order on 4th December 2023 and it's now the 11th January 2024 and my order still has not turned up as yet. I did email them and they emailed back, saying they "would let me know once my order has been sent". That never happened. Emailed again, no response. When you call them, you get a COVID voicemail. I would say this is a scam company, as they took me for over £100 but that's on me, as I should have read the other Trust Pilot reviews first. Live and learn I guess.

Ordered and paid for a Land Rover part that never arrived.I have e mailed them 3 times, received no reply.
The phone line automatic answer is " Due to COVID we cannot answer the customer service line. Three months later still a dead end. I was scammed . Do not order anything from this dodgy co.

UPDATE: I have been threatened they will file complaints against me.

After attempting to scam me out of thousands of dollars in Ferrari parts last year, they just tried to rerun my credit card again, one for >$1100, and another for $2... this exactly a year after I filed a complaint about them. A V O I D this company at all cost. Bottom scum.

Ordered some parts (December 9th) paid as ns received automated order confirmation saying order is being processed. Parts still not arrived and won't reply to any emails. Scam website

As with others peoples reviews, AVOID. I ordered a product and it never arrived. They ignored all emails and refused to refund. As it was a present I went elsewhere to avoid disappointment. I cannot think of a more morally devoid seller.

I was originally told I would wait 2-4 weeks at the most for my parts to arrive, 6 weeks later they're still not here.
I sent them an email expressing my concern (it was polite) i received an abusive email back with some strong words and telling me to exercise some patience what is wrong with me if I carry on they will cancel my order and refund me.
I replied with cancel my order I am not going to be spoken to like this and I don't want to do business with you and I will be contacting my card supplier and doing a back charge.
I then received another email calling me alot of strong worded names and told me to do what I want.

It is only until now I have read the reviews from car enthusiasts from forums warning everyone to stay away from this company..
Please do your research people and stay away from this company

THEY TOOK AN ORDER AND PAYMENT LAST NOVEMBER FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS NOT IN STOCK HAD THE CHEEK TO EVEN CHARGE A DELIVERY CHARGE ADVISED IN APRIL THIS YEAR READY FOR DELIVERY NOW DECEMBER STILL WAITING THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO EMAILS NOW

SCAM - Placed an order but no goods received. Just get fobbed off with emails saying it's on it's way.

As per the other bad reviews, paid my money got nothing. Have lodged a dispute with my bank to try to recover the funds. Stay clear of this company, why the hell havent they been shut down and prosecuted is beyond me.

This is a scam site. Avoid them. My payment was processed, but no goods ever sent. The accounts of the experience in the other reviews is accurate: little to no communication, then it devolved into insults and profanity. Please report any and all fraudulent acitivity to the authorities.

Ordered black pack kit for my L405 Range Rover. I was expecting delivery within a week based on the fact I am in Spain. It took 4 weeks with constant chasing to get it delivered. However, I was chasing because of the reviews I had seen on here after ordering.

If they had said when ordering it’s a 4 week delivery I’d have been fine with it.

Not so sure id use them again if I was in a rush but no issues with product itsself.

Delivery was via UPS and well packaged etc

Ordered a part they claimed was in stock. Following day I received a request to pay an extra £25 for DHL which I did in order to receive the past asap. 2 days later still no delivery... enquired and was given zero commitment to ship. When I requested a refund I received a foul based email calling me a C**T, PR**K, told to F***-OFF etc etc... pretty much what everybody else has received as a response.

They issued a refund less substantial fees being deducted for so-called (restocking fees which incidentally is prohibited under distance trading laws). They are in essence breaching many trading laws which I have flagged to both Trading Standards, Bank and clearing merchants.

Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys...
