I ordered a part. Hadn't received any postage detail, so on the 9th day after I asked if had been sent, to which they confirmed simply "no", nothing else offered at all. I asked for a refund, they gave me 75% back ( I remain unsure it was them, or the bank, as i raised a dispute when nothing had been received after a week). They don't answer emails, I had no explanation of why they didn't send anything. Place is an absolute farce.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a part for my car. Waited 2 weeks and still hadn’t heard anything. I emailed them to enquire about it and heard nothing, so I emailed again. I was then met with a very rude email in response. I requested to cancel my order and refund my money. I haven’t received any money back from them yet and my emails are ignored. I shall have to recover my money through the CC company. Please do not order from this company. I am amazed they are allowed to continue trading. Since leaving this review, I have been contacted by Super Tweaks via email. They emailed me to call me a C*nt.

These guys are cons, after placing an order and paying the amount including shipping, I got a message that my order was ready for shipping. I only had to pay another £30 for shipping...
So I cancelled and they cancelled, but no refund. Had to wait 2 months for the CC company to finish the dispute. (Which supertweaks tried to fight, mind you) unbelievable they are able to rip off so many people and still exist. ( many people have the same problems)

Scam. Placed the order. They charged me for the order. Then they say the amount does not appear in their statement. They ask for proof. I provide it. Tell them I’m trying to get a hold of them over the phone. Then they reply that Im being rude, and they will consider canceling the order. Guess I’m out of $500.
Do NOT buy from this page. They will rob you.

Do not deal with these robbers under any circumstances. They take payment for goods they don’t have and once you request a refund you are met with silence or abuse. Got my money back through my bank but how they are allowed to continue trading is beyond me. Only gave the one star as there is nothing lower.

Order parts arrived damaged, contacted by email straight away through website and through eBay as due to corona virus apparently no one still to answer phones!! No response whatsoever and now they have blocked me on eBay absolute scam of a company avoid at all costs have reported them to trading standards

Absolute scam do not us it’s company. No goods ever sent. Awful and rude customer service. When a refund was eventually issued it was for less than I paid. I cannot stress enough do not send these thieves your money.

Also if you write a review you will get abuse and threats. Although apparently they don’t care about reviews.

Initially I thought the ordered items would not come and acted wrongly upon that. longer then expected but the ordered items arrived and I am pleased with them.

Ordered a set of Land Rover Defender mud flaps from Supertweaks from outside the UK. After placing the order was asked for additional shipping charge of GBP 60. Immediately asked to cancel the order and request a refund, as the charge was not made known when placing the order. Was told to expect 14 days to process refund. It is now been over a month and despite several follow ups, no refund has been made.
Have since learned that the company address is fake and likely a scam site. Avoid at all cost!

I was wary of negative feedback Super Tweaks have been given, but they offered Porsche exhaust parts at a very good price, had them in stock, and delivery was very reasonable. Therefore I thought 'nothing ventured' and put in an order. Just to check, I dropped them an email, and they confirmed that the order was being shipped. It arrived as described 48 hrs later. Result. So my experience was positive. They could improve communication with automatic emails to update on each stage of the process as most do; it would have put my mind at rest a little.

This fugazi company run by dumb and dumber is so bad I don’t quite know what to say, would love to put a screen shot on here of me being called a c**t when asking for a refund due to being messed around but haven’t got the option to do so. Do not hand any money over at all, I have a fraud case going through with my bank to get my money back.

On Dec. 27th I placed an order. On January 3rd, I received an email saying my order was being refunded. No reasoning provided whatsoever. I emailed on Jan. 11th enquiring about my refund and asking for a receipt confirmation. I get a response from Ricky saying allow 14 days. A month goes by and still nothing. I file a chargeback with my card provider and get refunded. I get a random refund from Supertweaks at the end of May for an amount less than I paid. I then receive a random refund in July for the remaining amount. I now receive a letter from my card provider advising of a recharge as I’ve now been refunded by supertweaks. Only took 7 months and two refund attempts! Attached was a letter from SuperTweaks saying I cancelled the order and accusing ME of fraud! These people have no shame!

Ordered Forza exhaust valve controller for Ferrari 360 in mid March from these wasters.
All 1 stars, because zero stars not permitted are correct.
Sequence:
I ordered, paid by payment card.
ST - Immediate email with order acknowledgement saying 'processing.'
Few days later, I contacted to get an estimate of delivery timescales.
ST - Came back quick & said to allow 7 - 10 days as they were out of stock & getting from US.
I waited a further 10 days, but no news. Contacted ST to ask status but got no reply.
Tried phoning, no answer just use email message.
Checked reviews online and smelt the rat.
Emailed them again and they came back and said, parts not in, 'how about we cancel order'.
At this point I ignored the rodents and went back to my bank to get a card chargeback (you need to wait at least 30 days from order date before they can start this and you must start within 120 days).
This came through after a couple of weeks or so, then you have to wait 45 days, the period in which the rodents can counter contest the repayment.

The dispatch of my order was considerably delayed, and unfortunately, when it was finally shipped, the incorrect items were included.

I have persistently attempted to communicate with them for a resolution, yet my messages remain unanswered.

Such conduct doesn't contribute positively to customer satisfaction.

Can completely agree with all these comments / reviews about this company being nothing but scammers. Take your money quick enough but try getting a refund . Empty promises. If you paid by credit card raise a dispute with the Bank and they will get your money back .It worked for me

This is an elaborate scam and these guys should be in jail as it is blatant fraud and theft. I ordered a part for my vehicle, they told me it wasn't in stock and offered me an alternative. I refused and asked for a refund. They sent me a fake refund notice that was confusing and didn't add up to the total amount of the part I paid for. I checked for the refund a few weeks later and it was not sent. No response from the company.

I have filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Humanity is better than this. I actually feel sorry for the people that work for this operation.

STAY AWAY - DO NOT USE.

I would have preferred to have read this page before ordering the spare parts. Unfortunately, I ordered the parts in January 2023 and they were never shipped. Instead, I was continually asked to be patient and wait. After waiting for three months, I requested a refund, which has still not been received. It has now been five months since I placed the order, and I am considering reporting this situation. The authorities should intervene by shutting down the website and arresting those responsible.

Crap. Ordered product, wrong product received, at that point completely ignored. Guess they don’t care about overseas customers, lucky for me it was a low value item. I wouldn’t trust them for any purchase, minor or major, without checking the item in the flesh first.

Avoid.

I can reiterate the other reviews on Trust pilot. Ordered product to fit my Range Rover in good faith. Parts turned up and didn't fit. Tried to return them but they wont accept them stating that my Range Rover has an aftermarket exhaust which it has not. I sent them the schematic and the part number direct from Land Rover which has the part numbers on it. They still refused to refund despite mis-advertising the product. This one will go all the way as rip off merchants like this should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered some spot lights. Got email confirming payment taken and order status processing. Several day later status still processing. Called their number got message saying email us as they couldn't answer the phone due to 'Coronavirus'

Did some checking online and saw lots of bad reviews so sent a simple email asking for an update ask was concerned. Their reply was "Order cancelled. Purchase elsewhere" I replied saying a simple update would have sufficed and no wonder they get bad reviews
