Talking to custom service, to provide solutions is like talking to a wall.

We are running a business, where sales people have their mail account om surftown server, we where trying to increase our capacity, on the individual mail account, because we had enough total space.
After writing with the customer service 4 times and explaining the situation, they where not solution oriented, and we are in the proces of finding other providers, that will listen and are able to help us, or at least have some kind of solution.
This is hopeless #612807

Step 2
I understand it from your point of view.
It could be better for you that we would buy a larger package, but when you have a mail server where we can have as many mail accounts as we want but with a limit of 2 GB, it should not be difficult for you to give one account more space as long as we are within the limits of the total.
Right now we are using under 30% of the space we have bought and have available. And your customer service is still unwilling to help us with increasing one mail account with more space, within the limits we have bought.
It is in my opinion incredible how you can be so much out of touch with the needs of you customers, or willingness to make a change in the system, that everyone now is very simple.
We have given up on you and are forced to move the mailserver for our sales staff, to one of your competitors. This should not have ben necessary, to use all this unnecessary time on a simple task.
So if someone needs a mailserver with maximum 2gb space without any possibility of increasing, you have the product, otherwise find a different supplier.

I have investigated this matter, and I can see that you are running on a private service, which is a service that is made to fit personal websites and blogs. You have requested that we increase your limit, to more than what is included in our private packages, and this is not possible for us to do so.

If you are a Business customer, we recommend you to use our business packages, which is made to fit business customers like yourself.

In this case, the solution would be to upgrade your service to a Business package and get the advantages of our business solutions instead. This would fit your needs, and give you a bigger mailbox. I can see that this is also the solution suggested in your support ticket, we would love to help you and upgrade your package to a solution that fits your need.
