Great help when my email wouldn't work.

Had a slightly advanced PHP cache problem, and got quick and well-founded attempts of solving it – before finally cracking it. Way above expected on a Friday evening, and a great customer support service.

My database was not working and i thought my settings were wrong. Esben was there to help me out i really appreciate his support. He was very supportive and patient :)

I is my first time on Surftown and I had some initial problems accessing the server via FTP - a chat with the Surftown support staff solved that in next to no time. Very professional and not least patient people there. You are in good hands with Surftown.

Had small, but still a problem (caching on the page). It is nice to get support exactly the time you need it. And I got code from support, which helped to solve the issue.

Today I had an excellent support. I have experienced the same earlier, but also the opposite. Perhaps depending on who I asked for help?

Any company are randomly challenged by unforseeable problems, but the trustworthyness for me is then how they handle such challenges, and in particular how the clients are informed and supported on-line during the handling process. On this criteria I find SURFTOWN very good on same level as e.g. BULLGUARD, which I use as security system.

I had a problem with my company email and was really surprised over the fast respons from surftowns support chat! They answered my question within a few seconds and solved the problem within a few minutes! And this was not in ordinary office hours! So great!!!
