Bought two domains. Tried out the dashboard and it was so bad. No good UI at all. No good features/functions. Annulled the buy 15 min after, but didn't get my money back before 47 days after and didn't get all of my money back. Bad company!

I needed help to both explain and execute a number of tasks today when I decided to rename an old domain.
Not only was I given multiple possibilities by Henrik Nielsen, he was patient and stayed on the line with me until I followed through on his suggestions and instructions.
Henrik Nielsen made sure that the data from an earlier site was transferred completely over to the new domain and called later the same day to inform me that the site was up and running- complete personal attention AND service with a smile.
A thoroughly positive experience , and rare in a time where you barely can get a real person on the other end.

Surftown has super chat! they help strait away!

After 6 months of unresolved up/down time issues across multiple domains
- support's response - you use the service at your own risk.
Those are the terms & conditions. No fix.

After 12 years as a customer, I'm moving away from surftown. I couldn't recommend surftown to clients for the last 6 months because of the unreliability - now I'll be actively steering them away.

The support is always friendly, but if the issue isn't resolved - is it effective?
