Please do not buy anything from Survival Gears Depot. The sizes are inaccurate, they tell you that they are part of the Bushnell Company out of New York. What they fail to tell you is that the product is coming from China. Takes a month to get it, and if it doesn't fit they tell you to send it back to China for a refund. Problem is, the cost to return it is 3/4 of the price you paid for the jacket itself. They have since then offered me a 50% refund which I told them I would accept (and keep the jacket), but now it's taken me 3 emails and have not heard back from them.

I placed an order for 3 grindworx damascus arrowheads, the payment/money was taken immediately with no further information sent in regards to posting/shipping. Emailed, got nothing in reply. Contacted paypal, got nothing in reply. No items sent.

Flat out theft and fraud and i cant believe after all this that theyve just emailed me a survey to fill out haha what a joke. Its sad that this is a british based company.

Will be seeking legal advice on this matter shortly.

Great customer service and the product Kimberly quickly, and it was exactly as advertised.

Sent no items, no communication whatsoever. Got a refund from from PayPal a month later.

Item was never received despite payment being taken. No reply to email chasing this up (only contact info available, no telephone number).

I have not recieved the goods yet and after sending two separate emails I have had no reply ?

Didn't receive my order. Emailed seller to advise but seller never even replied!
Thankfully my order was cheap and small and that I didn't waste more money. Be warned about this seller, you risk losing your money and getting nothing in return! COMPLETE SCAM!

Ordered 7 days ago, still not here, coms poor, sent query yesterday and got sent a survey in response, customer service seems not to exist, i WONT use again. It’s not like it’s coming from China for god’s sake !!!.

Order not received after nearly two months. Money taken out of my account. No response to three emails chasing the order. This store appears to be a fraudulent operation. Avoid.

This company is a absolute joke, I ordered a biolite camp stove, they took 122 pounds from me and never sent the item, have emailed them countless times and no reply, so safe to say this company is nothing more a disgusting money grabbing company with no customer service.
DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM

Item ordered 30th November. No item or contact by 28th December so I emailed Survival Depot. No reply. Emailed them again 22nd January. No reply.

Found a great product on what I thought was a legit online business My thoughts have been previously described by others in their reviews. No response, no product.
Shame on you Survival Depot and your criminal enterprise....

I ordered an item 17 Dec 2020. It never arrived despite receiving an email saying it had been posted. After 3 emails, my account was suddenly refunded via PayPal. The trading address shown on the website as London NW7 2AS is a serviced office block. When I contacted the trading address, I was told that Survival Depot has not been trading from this address for the last 3 years.
If you have not received your goods, try emailing at sales (@website address) to try to get a refund. I will not buy from them again.

I never received my item I purchased a week and a half ago even when I chose 48hour delivery

My order never arrived and I am still waiting for a response. THIEVES!
