Slow Delivery, No Commiunication
My Kershaw TX-Tool eventually arrived much later than I anticipated, based on similar recent transactions from other web-shops. This could have been due to the impact of COVID-19, but it wasn't helped by (a) not being able to directly contact them by phone (b) no answers to emails from their website (c) no despatch confirmation(s).
These points are something, I feel, Survival Depot need to consider ASAP. Customer Service is key to all eCommerce transactions and the end-user experience is vital!

Diabolical
Diabolical. The stuff I ordered 18 days ago hasn't arrived. I've tried to contact them through their website and via email several times but had no reply. Their phone number isn't on the invoice - very strange. I've opened a dispute through Paypal and am awaiting a response. I gave them one star because that's the lowest I could go. They don't even deserve that.

BEWARE - No delivery and No Communication
Found a few items at a good price inc. a Katadyn Mini which I purchased - but no delivery - and no communication despite over 10 emails and months of trying. Raised a dispute with Paypal and they refunded as they had no communication from Survival Depot either. Very suspicious behaviour - surprised they are still allowed trade
