The item I bought never arrived. That's no problem, I'll send an email as it's been 12 days. No answer! Wait two days, send another email. No answer! Contact paypal to get refund! Was going to buy more stuff from them but not now! If I could give minus stars I would! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Placed order for hand sanitizer and 45 days later, it has not been received. Sent 2 e-mails to company with no response or acknowledgement. If you place an order, don’t be surprised if it is never received.

Have not received my hand sanitizer and was charged for it a month ago. There is no information when you try and track it. I will be disputing it with my credit card if I do not hear back from customer service email or get a refund. Awful to take advantage of people during a pandemic crisis. Should be ashamed!

Have received no delivery or notification of it. Wrote two emails to Survival Depot for updates both of which received no response. Have started a dispute via paypal.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Item never shipped. Tracking link brings to page stating "NO PATH FOUND, CLICK FUNNEL" I have emailed and tried to online chat and have not received any response. THIS SITE IS A MONEY GRAB FROM DESPERATE PEOPLE IN TIME OF CRISIS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. SEVERAL REVIEWS WITH SAME ISSUE. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.

The delivery was long,but I got what I wanted.

Still have not received item I ordered after being charged for it and the postage 19 January 2020 ... not here yet..

No updates since paying. No idea if order is in the mail.

Made a purchase recently and didnt recieve my item .
Contacted seller but didnt get a reply , still waiting 21 days later .

I am afraid this time Survival Depot sorely lacked customer service,
ordered an item from them, which duly arrived timeously, but it was the wrong item.
Despite sending e-mails, as previous reviewers have stated, receiving no replies, also trying to contact them through a tel. number on Paypal, which was not active.
Eventually, went through Paypal, to contact them, which they did respond to, though not in such a timeously manner, granted, with an offer, to which I responded within a day or so, and since then nothing. Last contact was on the 13th of December. Ongoing since November.
Though trying to escalate it through Paypal resolution centre, and sending information to Paypal, for some reason it did not seem to go through, and now past their cut off date, for claiming, so looks I am stuck with an unwanted item.
Very unsatisfied customer, never had any major problems with SD before, but this time, totally disillusioned, don't think I'll use them again.
Though, they might not worry them too much!

Excellent service and they stock some rare kit I've not seen elsewhere in the UK

Paid for products via PayPal 7 days ago, never received any confirmation mail that my order has been processed or that they sent items. Sent couple of e-mails no one bothered to answer. Save yourself from unnecessary trouble and order somewhere else.

I am happy to say I did received my order. Everything was fine regarding it. The Only issue I have is that there is no correspondence when mailing the supplied email address given with the order confirmation. I asked if a tracking number could be supplied so I could know if my order would reach me. I never received any feedback regarding that.
