A very easy process and the painting I purchased arrived within two days from the date of my order, and was extremely well packaged. I am delighted with the painting - it is as beautiful as it appears on the screen. I hope to purchase more paintings in the future. The hardest part is choosing which one, as they are all truly stunning to look at it, with such beautiful colours. Incredible artist but more than that, someone who takes care of her customers. My order was damaged by over wrapping and handling by the courier. Susan went out of her way to ensure a perfect replacement was sent out and delivered within days, You don't see this level of customer service enough it only comes when people have a personal interest in ensuring the product and the service are outstanding.

I look forward to visiting the new Gallery having bought a signed print for a Christmas gift - 'Mum's Garden'.
