Good and reliable service
Good and reliable service - SVB sells interesting products that you don't easily find elsewhere. My mother (95 tears old) very happy with the free carrier bag :-).
A pity that delivery by DHL wasn't up to the 5-star level of SVB (we needed to drive 2x 30km and spend 2x 50 minutes in heavy traffic to reclaim our parcel :-(

Even the best can make mistakes!
Although there was an error in my order (correctly labelled packages but incorrect package contents), this was handled swiftly and professionally by SVB.
Mistakes aside, I've always found SVB to be great to deal with, and will certainly use them again!
