Ordered many things and always good service, fast delivery, well packed etc. Can compare very well as we do dropshipping and test our own products. SVB is consistent and has a long term client in us, despite that were mostly on the other side of the world in remote areas

Good prices, good experience!
I have ordered a bunch of expensive & heavy gear from Romania (different country) but still in the EU.
The goods arrived in a timely manner & the prices were fair. I bought a liferaft and the price was 50% under anything I could find in Greece. So I opted to order one from SVB instead.
I see a lot of negative reviews on this site and I just wanted to give my experience with them.
I will countinue to buy sailing gear from them where the price is better than what I can find in chandleries or on Amazon.

SVB did not fill out export paperwork correctly and refused to re-ship the item to my country after 3 months of waiting
My item has been delayed at local customs because SVB did not fill out export paperwork correctly. SVB has shipped the item in 2 packages: each of them has got its own tracking number. However, paperwork (invoice) was only ONE! It is absolutely wrong and such goods can never pass customs in that way. I have been talked to SVB a lot of times to provide correct documents but guys from SVB have promised to figure out that issue with UPS as it is (unsuccessfully of course). I still don't understand why it was so hard to provide TWO papers (for each package). So, I have been waiting for my item > 3 months (since middle of July) and got a refund instead. I have no idea where to buy it now. Absolutely disappointed due to this non customer orientated service.

Waited over 1,5 months
I made an order, waited over 1,5 months, and didn't get my items. Asked them to cancel my order. Luckily they responded quite promptly, and cancelled my order. Now I just have to find the products from somewhere else.
This is not the way to run e-commerce business. If you have customers willing to buy something from you, make sure you can deliver the ordered products quickly.

hi we have different experiences with this company.
certainly not all positive. in total we have already ordered for a lot of money from this company and a lot has already gone wrong. (A lot.)
now recently and that is also the end from our side to continue with this company. we bought a new refrigerator from this company. now it appears that the refrigerator continues to run constantly called the factory and they indicated that it had to run through svb24 in connection with the warranty.
the place we were in Italy had a dometic service. after a week of messaging with Svb24 and waiting for a reply, it was not possible for Svb24 to let the mechanic in Italy fix it. the fridge had to be sent back.
There was asked if I could arrange a palette and pack the fridge. a lot of hassle but with some effort succeeded. after message, the refrigerator would be picked up the next day. this refrigerator has been outside with the harbor master for over a week to his annoyance.
meanwhile we had asked for a new one or our money back because it is very difficult on a boat without a refrigerator. this could not be done. after a few weeks but once contacted and so sent from pillar to pillar as they say with us. again weeks later. you get the Maneger after sales on the line who now offers a car refrigerator to meet us,( we left the harbor already for our trip) and sending and receiving is difficult on the water and he now expected a solution from Dometic quickly. it goes on like this but we have been without a fridge for 6 weeks now. and I estimate that there will be 10. furthermore.

I have the feeling that they are making it extra difficult for us)
After a week asking for the maneger speak with him. In the hope he is going to solve some things. But unfortunately I didn’t here any solution
for click and shipping a good company that delivers quickly. but for more in-depth questions or total help with purchasing products, it is better to look for another company. too bad because the foundation of the company is good.

Poor customer service and…
Poor customer service and unprofessional. I ordered a shower deck kit and on the same web page, they recommended a component for it. So I ordered it too. Little did I realise that this part is the wrong size. They do not even bother to check and tell you it is the wrong size. Other marine chandlers give much better service...

I have over the last years ordered 8 orders from SVB
I have over the last years ordered several orders at SVB, and all of them have been delivered very fast to Denmark, sent same day and often delivered within max. 2 days, and all items exactly as expected.

Delivery terms were not as given on them website. Customer service skills similar level as chatbot. Forget about any extra mile in troubleshooting. It seems that orders are to many and sales/delivery process is lost. Never ever

Ordered some goods on SVB24 on the 1st June and the parcel seems to be lost by DHL. My complaints to the company without any answer.

This is a great place to shop marine parts and accessories but only if all goes well.
When you face a problem, where is Customer service? Literally NON-EXISTENT!!
Honest seller? After our recent experience, can't comment on that either...
We have been shopping from SVB since more than a year. All went well up until we were unlucky to witness that one of the items that we have bought (Powervision underwater drone) has never been included in the package sent. We contacted SVB, they replied with a standard format and sent us a copy of our invoice, not addressing the issue at all.
We have followed up with more than 20 email messages in the last month, they have not answered a SINGLE ONE of them and kept on ignoring us!
We ended up paying 980 EUR for a product WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED !!
And this is not the only problem we have had...
One of our orders got sent to a WRONG ADDRESS despite our countless warnings to SVB.
When we received our order confirmation by email, we noticed that the address the order was sent to was wrong (one of our old addresses) despite the fact that we have deleted the old billing and shipping address from their system and replaced it with the new one. Apparently, their system has a bug and did not register correct data. When we received the order confirmation, we immediately sent 3 or 4 email messages to SVB. They first ignored us, then after 7 additional emails, they finally replied reading word by word "I really don't now what happen during the regestration... I'll try to get in touch with the carrier to solve the situation." Unfortunately, no one got in touch with the carrier, and the items got delivered to the wrong address. We had to arrange for the shipping back to the correct address at our own cost and effort.
This is apparently the level of service you should expect from this company.
Will never buy anything anymore from this seller!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, received damaged item, reported it immediately but for over a week had little to no response and no resolution. I have now been forced to make a paypal claim as they were simply ignoring me and passing the buck to the delivery company which was wrong as the package they sent had no padding whatsoever, only the cardboard box it came in (for a fairly heavy item) so the damage was not surprising assuming it was damaged in transit..
