Despite being very nervous prior to the experience, I really enjoyed our session today! The staff were all lovely, helpful, enthusiastic and incredibly accommodating. They didn’t make it feel stressful or uncomfortable at all and it was all really great fun. Done with my sister and was a nice bonding experience as well as a great insight into what it might be like on a real magazine or high fashion shoot! Definitely recommend!

The hair stylist and makeup artist were very accommodating and welcoming, they listen carefully to your needs and understand the brief you give. Customer service was great and there was never an issue when a drink or a snack was needed. Photographer was lovely and has great creative vision, he was also a good laugh. A nice day out to feel glam and experience something different.

Everybody was welcoming and lovely. Hair stylist recommended a product to me, this was super useful. Had a great time working with the photographer and got some lovely shots.

Had hair and make up and a fabulous photoshoot. Had fun and relaxing time.

A fantastic day with my daughter. We were made to feel at ease from the minute walked in. The makeup and hair artist were brilliant and listened to what we wanted and were professional throughout. The photographer put us both at ease for something we were nervous about! He was patient and reassuring and got us relaxed. The photographer was great at giving directions to ensure we got the best out of the shoot. We definitely had a hard job choosing which ones to leave with!

From the outset, it was clear that the experience bore little resemblance to what was advertised. The luxurious setting shown online - including a grand staircase and other elegant backdrops - simply did not exist. Instead, we were met with a small, cramped space that offered no privacy during the shoot, with other clients and staff present and watching, making the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The changing area was tiny and lacked basic comfort, and there were no amenities provided for male participants, leaving them with absolutely nothing to do.

Despite promises of skin preparation as part of the service, there was none offered. Even more concerning was the state of the makeup service. The palettes were not clean, brushes were barely sanitised, and eyeliner and mascara were applied without the use of disposables - a major hygiene violation and a serious risk of cross-contamination, including the spread of conjunctivitis.

The “high fashion” makeup and “top makeup artist” as advertised were, frankly, misleading. The quality did not meet professional standards in the slightest.

Furthermore, the venue itself looked run-down and neglected, far from the stylish space shown in your promotional content.

Another major issue was the complete lack of transparency regarding the cost of the photos. Even when asked directly, no clear pricing information was provided, which is unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading.

The complimentary beverages were extremely limited. While the package we purchased promised a free bottle of Prosecco and access to a range of detox teas, neither was delivered as advertised. We were offered only a very limited selection of tea, which fell well below expectations.

While I will acknowledge that the photography itself was of a decent standard, every other aspect of the day left much to be desired and did not reflect the premium experience promised at booking.

This entire experience felt like a case of false advertising, and I am extremely disappointed to have spent time and money on something that failed to deliver on multiple fronts.

Was nervous about this but also excited. Staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Getting hair and makeup done was brilliant and had me looking my very best. The photoshoot was a lot of fun. A very enjoyable experience that I highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful day at The Gallery SW3! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and at ease. The photographer, makeup artist, and hair stylist were simply outstanding—so attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. They truly listened to what we wanted, and their collaborative energy made the whole shoot feel fun and effortless.

The atmosphere was vibrant and engaging, and every detail was handled with care. To top it all off, the afternoon tea was delightful—a lovely treat that added the perfect touch to an already fabulous experience.

I can’t recommend The Gallery SW3 enough for anyone looking to feel pampered, inspired, and thoroughly looked after!

I visited with a friend. Both of us very new to photo sessions, but felt we were put at ease and made to feel welcome!
We enjoyed the pampering in preparation, and the photography session was varied and professional.
We were not made to feel pressured and were given a lot of support to help choose our final photos.

We had the most wonderful day at SW3 it exceeded expectations. We were greeted warmly into a high ceilinged airy room and made to feel welcome. Hair and makeup ladies were friendly and charming and they really made us feel and look wonderful. Our photographer was friendly and directed as really well along with his lovely assistant. We loved the images produced and will have very happy and precious memories of our whole experience.

A fantastic day from start to finish, Team has been amazing from greeting to makeup, hair and photographer. Though it was very hot day we’ve both had a wonderful experience and now have beautiful photos to cherish for ever. Would certainly recommend this to anyone.

The whole experience from being met at the front door was friendly & very professional. The hair and makeup artists were skilful and listened to how you would normally present your hair & makeup.
The photographer worked very hard to get the best shots with the lighting as I need to wear glasses all the time. Her skill produced some very natural photos which is quite a challenge for a photo phobic client

This was amazing!! Had a wonderful time and experience. The team is amazing and our photographer Mateo made us feel so comfortable and really brought our vision to life. It was so hard to choose which pictures because we had so many great options. Would definitely recommend!

I bought into this offer last July.
Since then I haven’t been able to book due to my daughters work commitments - she works every day now since I booked. I doubt that there is a real experience behind this company. Each and every time I call there is no one there.
I email and there’s no reply.
Once I spoke to a call back and said I’d like a refund as we can’t actually attend any more since my daughter is a polo groom and works 24/7.
They said no refunds.
I would like to take this further, but no one answers.
Even if I could attend, they require a further £50 per head deposit. Why would I pay even more money out when I doubt there is anyone even there?
Please contact me for a refund.
IT IS NOW 12 WEEKS SINCE WE SPOKE TO LISA RHODES - their ‘Trouble Shooter’ to finalise details for the booking we made last year. Sorry to say there is no one at the gallery or even Lisa who EVER picks up the phone or responds to our numerous emails.
I still maintain this is a hoax company.
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A REFUND or we may have to go to the Romsey Show next weekend, where we bought the ‘experience’ and tell potential buyers about the rubbish service and potential scam.
