Wow - couldn't been more helpful!
They sent me several swatches to try and match ties to my bridesmaids dresses exactly, excellent customer service and a huge range of colours and fabrics, highly recommend!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Swagger and Swoon.
My bridesmaids dresses are an unusual colour of a purplish grey and were struggling to find the right colour of ties and pocket squares for the groomsmen.
Thankfully we discovered the Swagger and Swoon website. Wow, they are absolutely amazing! From the fabulous selection of colours and swatches available, to the efficient follow up service of ordering and delivery. The colour match is petfect 😊 All members of the team that we dealt with by email and over the phone were brilliant and thanks to Matt for the lovely little message sent with our order.

I'm really impressed with swagger & swoon! I was at my wits end trying to find wedding ties to match my bridesmaids dresses, stumbled across S&S online and decided to give them a go by ordering swatches. I was really impressed by the way they checked to make sure i'd receceived the swatches and if I'd found a match. Their service is very personal and it makes you feel like they really care. I ordered 6 swatches and one was a perfect match so i ordered the ties but there was an issue with the delivery (through no fault of S&S) but they quickly sorted out the issue. I can't praise them enough. If i could give them a higher rating than 5, i would! I recommend them to all my friends who are getting married. It's rare these days to find great customer service like this. Keep up the good work!

Some of the best customer service I have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble. Their colour matching swatch service is brilliant, I ordered a couple of swatches that weren't quite right so they then found some more to send to me and we ended up with the prefect match. The ties and bow toes are amazing quality. I would highly recommend this company.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. Once they had my details they would not stop hounding me with emails, texts, phone calls, letters and postcards, to what I feel is an unreasonable degree. I feel harassed as despite unsubscribing from their correspondence they continue to email me, begging me to buy their ties and asking why I don't respond to their emails in a rude manner. They send me cards and letters to my home address asking why I don't pick up the phone, which I feel is an invasion of privacy, especially considering I have asked to not be contacted by them anymore. I have blocked their phone number but they have tried different numbers to call me on, and it is most distressing as I keep being disturbed. This has been going on for months now and I have never encountered a company with such appalling customer service. Please think twice before giving them your details. BEWARE!

I was worrying that we wouldn't have the ties for my daughters wedding, I don't know why! We have all our ties and still a week to go.

I posted my return to the Dartford address which comes up in Google. They haven't been at that address for a while so the post was rejected. As a result I lost money and their was no offer to refund me.

I have used this company several times and it is always the same. Swagger & Swoon set standards in customer service that other companies should use as a benchmark of excellence to aim for.

I've bought a couple of things from Swagger and Swoon over the past year-or-so.

On both occasions I've found the site to be easy to use, the products to be of decent quality and the service to be prompt and friendly.

Most recently we bought our wedding ties and pocket-squares from S&S. At the point of ordering the colour we wanted was out of stock, I sent a message to the S&S customer support email address and received prompt and helpful response. The next day the items were listed as 'in stock' I went ahead with the purchase and they arrived two days later.

Just received pair of braces from Swagger &Swoon - after disappointment from a previous supplier who shall remain nameless - CHUMS - I immediately checked the fasteners. The 4 main clips are well secured and the adjusting sliding clips actally remain where I set them, a major improvement !
I am well impressed.
I will be shopping here again and will be recommending S&S to friends.
