Got a cravat, pocket square and kids bow tie to match the colour of my dress for our wedding. It was stunning. We got the samples through and picked the closest match, requested the items and received them quickly. Every step of the way we were kept in contact with letting us know when we would be receiving them. Absolutely fantastic customer service

I found Swagger & Swoon 2 weeks before my son’s wedding while trying to find a match for my dress. Swatches were sent 24 hour delivery and a call to order, an email to confirm and pay, kept up to date with progress and delivered today. A week. Matched tie and square. Brilliant service and everyone happy to help. Maybe because only 1 of each but very much appreciated. Thank you to everyone involved.

We couldn't recommend Swagger & Swoon more! All communication with them on the lead up to our wedding day was brilliant! We found it very useful to order swatches of the ties and the team were very prompt in answering any questions we had. After narrowing down the swatches, we ordered a couple of possible ties to get an even better idea which matched our bridesmaid dresses. It was really simple to return the other ties once we had decieded.
We ordered ties, pocket squares and a doggy bow tie for our Labrador. All were brilliant quality and matched our colour scheme perfectly. Plus the team were great with giving us regular order updates.

I recently ordered ties and pocket squares for our wedding in June. Both products are lovely, really well made and I’m very happy with them. I found the communication and customer service from Swagger and Swoon second to none. I got personalised emails and texts every step of the way including a note to let me know that there would be a bit of a delay as they’d noticed a slight colour mismatch between the 5 ties and they were going to remake them because of that. They also sent the ties and pocket squares in such a lovely box with a little packet of love hearts! 10/10, 5 stars and will recommend to my many friends getting married this year and next.

Swagger and Swoon are a brilliant company with fabulous customer service. I used them to find ties and pocket squares for my husband and his best man to match my bridesmaid a having so many different colours of swatches to choose from was a big help. I also loved that the ties and pocket squares came really quickly and were great quality. I could also use the Swatch to help pick flowers which was a nice bonus! The company are great at keeping in touch and sent a lovely message the day before the wedding as well which was very sweet! Great service.

Customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a tie and pocket square set, and before dispatching I was contacted to make sure I’d seen a fabric sample so that I was absolutely sure I liked the colour. Any other company would have dispatched without checking and I think these guys 100% go the extra mile. Will definitely use them again!

I was beginning to despair of ever being able to find someone able to provide a colour match to the bridesmaids' dresses but it was no problem for staff at Swagger & Swoon. From the very first contact with staff in customer services through to receipt of the excellent ordered items the contact with everyone has been exceptional. I couldn't be more happy and would wholeheartedly recommend this organisation.

Ordered a tie to try with our wedding suits without realising they did a test swatch service, was immediately emailed asking if I’d like a swatch sent out to me before proceeding with ordering just the 1 tie. Was then emailed again a few days after delivery of the swatch to make sure I was happy and to continue with my order.

Once the tie has been received (and approved by fiancé!) will be ordering more as well as ordering additional cavani waistcoats through them rather than direct through cavani like we have done previously as I’m so impressed with these guys!!

Ordered ties and pocket squares from Swagger and Swoon for my wedding. The service was exceptional - I was kept up to date with progress, the quality of the product and the customer service throughout the process was excellent.

We purchased our ties and pocket squares from Swagger and Swoon, firstly ordering colour swatches for the groomsmen ties (burnt orange) and then we sent a fabric sample of our bridesmaid dresses to Swagger and Swoon, who returned some matching swatches, one of which was as near perfect match and looked fab on the groom!

From start to finish when ordering swatches to eventually ordering the ties, Swagger & Swoon were fast and extremely helpful with any queries and then with the delivery of items. Juss, Hannah & George gave me constant updates about the ties in production and then when they'd been packaged and sent. A text on the morning of my wedding to wish me a perfect day was a lovely touch and something I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Swagger & Swoon to anyone. Thank you for making this part of my wedding experience stress free from start to finish.

I put in an order with Swagger & Swoon without reading the delivery time. Despite this they want out of their way to accommodate my request and delivered the Tie I’d ordered in plenty of time. The tie itself was striking and beautifully made. They kept me informed at every point in chain of order to delivery. I would definitely recommend them. Their customer service is outstanding as was the product.

A great company to get my wedding ties off. I wasn’t sure if I could get a colour to match my teal dresses. I ordered a few of their swatches to see if any would match. Great idea. I was able to get a match for my dresses and it was exactly the same colour. Ties didnt take overally long to come and were just perfect. Matched my dresses so well. So impressed with the quality of the ties as well.
