Night Swannies for good sleep hygiene.

The Night Swannies I ordered (regular size) fit nicely. They are comfortable and seem very durable. I am using them to watch TV at night. I have implemented many “sleep hygiene” recommendations because I often have difficulty sleeping. A friend told me about this company. too big, no response from company to return

I ordered a size regular since there was no "small" option. There are way too big. I sent an email asking how to return since they said everything can be returned. It's been a few days, and I have not received a response from a human.
I have since heard back from the company and have settled on a satisfactory solution.

I have no problems with the product

I have no problems with the product. Recommend. However, I have to keep cleaning the lens. That may be my fault, or lens quality issues. Dont know. Maybe Im touching it too much, but it always has finger prints on it.

Going the Extra Mile

My original purchase was sent out very quickly from the day I ordered. However, I noticed that the shipping status seems to be on hiatus and has not changed. I then reached out to customer support to inform them about this. Melanie was the one who assisted me throughout my journey. Melanie initiated a request to their delivery partner and got a reply that we can only check in after 45 days.

I did just that once the 45-day timeline was up. Melanie then assigned me to send a second package with my order. I am happy to say that I got the second package and is now enjoying my Swanwick glasses.

Kudos to Melanie and the team for ensuring that I get what I paid for.

Great Product, Average Customer Service, Poor Shipping

I came to Swanwick Sleep on the recommendation of Dr. Jockers as I had multiple poor experiences with other blue light blocking glasses from other companies such as Reader and a pair from Amazon. My initial order of a daytime, no magnification order with clear frames and long side arms was messed up. I ended up with a pair of evening, 2.0 magnification, black framed regular length side arms. It was a bit of hassle to get the return handled and the time it took from Swanwick to send the correct pair was not the quickest. When the new package arrived, the outer box was damaged, but thankfully the glasses were fine. I've used the glasses for a few days now at work (I'm a high school English teacher, so a LOT of online reading). It's definitely helped; I don't feel the eyestrain that I did without the glasses or with the other pairs. BOTTOM LINE: the product's great but the customer service and shipping could be better.

Apparently zero customer support

I've left several emails. I left a message through their website form. And I called and left a message.

Nothing back.

The tracking on my order has not updated for almost a month now.

So yes, not the best experience.

This place is terrible

This place is terrible. I have been waiting more that a month. I bought glasses at the beginning of December 05, 2024. I was sent an email about the Canada post strike, Dec 13, 2024 which I understand, but I track my package and it never left the US, and then 2 days later the strike was over. That was 1 month ago. I track the package today (Jan 13, 2025) and it is still in the US. Sent an email to them, no response.

I love this new night light…it is…

I love this new night light…it is allowing us to have a light showing us the way in our bathroom at night, yet does not shine so brightly to keep us awake in our adjoining bedroom. Game changer..and such an easy adjustment of brightness desired.

Smart purchase

I purchased a pair of the Day Swannies for myself and Day Fit Overs for my mother. We both are pleased with the fit and function of the glasses. I used them to watch a movie and it's just the right amount to take away the strong blue light while not changing the color and view too much. I can see myself using them often.

I like my glasses

I like my glasses! They look and feel like they are quality glasses and is true. The packaging was elegance and just at first touch I felt their weight, firm structure and high quality.

I had been using my glasses sporadically for several reasons, but ready to keep them as my nightly routine.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Response times were delayed and promotions were not applied that were supplied by swanwick. In order to return a pair of the swanwicks that did not work, I was then charged for the shipping that I originally got for free. I have never seen a company do this before. I was very unhappy with my experience with swanwick.

So far not so good guys. I’ve been trying to receive return slip from a Melanie with your company and I am getting the run around. We are buying a different pair once we can get this processed. Your company needs to fix the return/exchange process so it’s easier for consumer.

When I asked after 3 days they just replied with "Your order has already been processed. Once the tracking is available, it will be sent to you." (they shipped it another 5 days AFTER this reply, dhl confirmed this)

These glasses have proven to be highly…

These glasses have proven to be highly effective at alleviating the daily eye strain that I used to experience after spending extended periods of time working on my PC. While they do not completely eliminate the discomfort, they significantly reduce it, making my work experience much more pleasant.

In terms of drawbacks, there are only three minor issues that I have encountered. Firstly, having the world tinted yellow is not exactly ideal, as it alters the way I perceive colors and can take some getting used to. Secondly, I find that cleaning the lenses can be quite challenging, even when using the provided cleaning cloth, which can be a bit frustrating. Lastly, as someone with a slightly larger head, I have noticed that the fit around my nose can sometimes be less than comfortable. This is primarily due to the fact that the frames are made of basic plastic, and even when I opt for the largest size available, it doesn't always provide the most comfortable fit. However, I want to emphasize that these minor inconveniences are entirely bearable and do not overshadow the benefits of wearing the glasses.

Overall, I believe that despite the relatively high cost of the glasses, they are well worth the investment due to the significant reduction in discomfort they provide. Additionally, I feel confident that they are likely protecting my eyes from potential long-term damage, which is an invaluable benefit that far outweighs any minor issues I have experienced.

I ordered a prescription pair of the…

I ordered prescription glasses. They failed to send me the proper frames that I ordered, and they sold me a pair of glasses without the protective coating on the lenses. After complaining and going back-and-forth for several months, trying to exchange the glasses, they refuse to do it without charging me an additional cost. Worst customer service ever as well as experience ordering a product!!!!!!!!! Do not buy these cheap ass glasses or deal with this cheap ass customer service!!!!!
