UPDATE received my order Saturday 4th March and looking lovely.

Like everyone else i wish I had checked the reviews. I had previously used another company which was great but just wanted to see if SW Creations were any good. I placed my order 14th Feb as of yet nothing. I emailed their customer service team and no response. Like everyone else dissatisfied and disappointed.

Placed my order on 13th January, still no delivery or response to my emails. I will be contacting Paypal tomorrow, I suggest anyone else with the same problem should do the same.

I placed my order on 25th January. I have left several messages on the contact buttons but had no response. Looking at the other reviews here I am not holding much hope to getting a response.
My poor 6 year old has had her whole bedroom redecorated and the only thing left was her wall sticker to complete the room.
Lack of commutation, would not recommend buying from this company.

Order still hasn’t arrived. How can you not provide a customer service that doesn’t reply. It’s rude

Like everyone else, I wish I'd read these reviews! Like everyone else, I placed an order and am still waiting. Like everyone else, I've sent numerous enquiries through their contact form on their website and I've heard absolutely nothing back. DO NOT USE this company! As it stands, SW Creations have taken money from me and I've not heard a peep since!

zero communication after chasing order. No confirmation email after placing order but money taken. VERY POOR. looking at the previous comments it looks like I may not even receive the items.

Ordered item on Dec13th, still have not received it despite numerous emails and using the " contact us" icon from their website. There has been no communication from them, just as others have mentioned. Absolutely dreadful company!

Just thought I'd add that it's just arrived and I'm very happy with it, just took 6 weeks! Better communication needed

If I could give this company 0 stars I would they should be shut down !! Like so many others wished I’d read the reviews. Still haven’t received my order and it is a gift, emailed 5 times no response. Reported as fraud to PayPal

I wish I had read these reviews. I placed an order for a window decal and the order receipt states you should allow seven to 10 working days. This came and went so I emailed to follow up. As others on here have already said, communication isn’t their strength. I just received an email to say the item has been dispatched. I waited with bated breath to see if it actually arrives…

Paid for a Window decoration and it has not been received. They will not reply to any of my emails and no contact number to ring. Terrible service

Dreadful company. Failed to deliver goods and refuse to answer emails. My advice… go somewhere else.

I want to apologise for accusing this company of being THIEVES. I have adventually received my order, comes in several parts but it’s here and looks very pretty. Maybe a bit of communication with your customers along the way would be very helpful. No reason to not use again as long as prepared to wait.

Would not even give a star if I had a choice. Like so many others, I wish I had read the reviews. Paid £18 plus delivery and still haven’t received my order and no reply when contacting them. They need shutting down, in the current cost of living situation they should be utterly ashamed of theirselves!

Wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order.
I ordered wall stickers which advised 10 working days before delivery. I gave them 3 weeks before I emailed asking where my order is. No response..and then 2 days later an automated dispatch email...but the goods did not come. A second email was sent but still no response. Got my money back immediately from PayPal followed by yet another dispatch email. Finally got an email through PayPal saying that it had been delivered the day before...to a totally different person and a totally different address! So they are clearly just trying to fob off PayPal with the wrong delivery information hoping they won't realise.
Avoid this company at all costs ..nothing but scam artists!

This company do not fulfil orders or respond to any communicaiton. There is no way of communicating with them apart from a "contact us" page which is never responded to.

Unfortunately I still haven’t received my purchase which I ordered nearly 4 weeks ago. I have e mailed the seller asking if they have sent the item and for the tracking details as I paid extra for First Class recorded delivery and I have received no response. I’m so disappointed that I hadn’t read the reviews on Trust Pilot first. Looks like I’m not the first this has happened to.
When I tried to post a review on SW Creations website - it said it would be approved by their Admin team first. Surprise, surprise they haven’t posted it on their website. I am £30.95 out of pocket. Beware if you are buying from this seller.

I wish I had seen these reviews first as I’m in the same position and will have a very disappointed 7 year old today. Order and realised it could take 10 days which was cutting it fine as needed for 10/06. They assured me by email that I would receive by then so didn’t think anything if it. Started to query where it was on 07/06 as not received and have heard nothing back. This piece was fundamental in my decoration to be finished today!! They must enjoy disappointing and upsetting young children - thank you as now don’t have time to get replacements as need today!!!

I visited a friend of mine and she had this beautiful word art on the wall. Eagerly got the company's details and ordered.

I think its grossly appalling that after my email to check in on the progress of my order, no one from this company has responded.

Almost 4 weeks and I have heard nothing. My advise to anyone, avoid them like the plague.

I ordered and paid first class delivery. The website states this is around 10 days.
I ordered on 8th February, on the 1st March there was still no item.
I had ordered another item from a different company as I was conscious of it not arriving in time after reading these reviews.
I opened a dispute with PayPal on 1st March and conveniently on the 3rd March I got an email to say it had been dispatched. The next day it arrived and had been sent special delivery. Why couldn’t this have been done in the beginning?
However, now as they have conveniently sent it, I can’t get my money back from PayPal and I am now £43 out of pocket as I don’t require the item as I ordered another from a different, more reliable company.

This company are scammers and I dread to think how long I would be waiting if I hadn’t opened a PayPal claim. But I don’t want the item anymore, I don’t need the item. I want my money back but they ensured that wasn’t possible.

Horrible company. Avoid.
