We where (4 person) in Jerusalem Sweet Inn, it was a nice and clean aparment, good for two generations too. Close to the downtown, everything was 20-30 minutes by foot, Jaffa, the beach, market, etc...

Our stay in Jerusalem was excellent. It was especially special that SweetInn was very considerate of our religious needs and requirements. Will definitely use them again anywhere in the world.

The apartment in Brussels is located in a very beautiful renovated house in a fashionable area. Art galleries, antique shops and expensive crockery shops can be found in the surrounding area. To the center on foot through the beautiful streets of 15 minutes. The house has an Elevator, a very beautiful hall. The apartment is modern, clean, high ceilings, excellent bed linen and towels. The apartment has everything you need: detergents, dishwasher, coffee, salt, oil. Max, the representative of Sweet in, very helpful and polite, helped us with the registration of the phone, which was not his responsibility and took quite a long time. It was very convenient to leave the suitcases in the lobby on Avenue Louise, as the check out at 11: 00, and we had an evening flight. There is a tourist bus stop near Notre Dame du Sablon. On the square next to the apartment on Thursdays food market. A grocery shop opposite the Notre Dame du Sablon. It is very convenient that the apartment has the address of the nearest shops and restaurants.

Great customer service - we needed a crib and high chair to be at the location which was provided. Cleanliness and availability of necessities was excellent. Beautifully decorated and comfy beds!

Perfect location to explore the city and you can walk to the beach and port in 25 min and gothic part in 10-15 min. Easy check in and check out, very clean and spacious.

A great find that exceeded expectations. A 4 star hotel standard apartment thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Nice details like toiletries and laundry detergent. Close to the Old City of Jerusalem. Staff was welcoming and helpful, always kept in touch via Whataspp.

Very nice and comfortable place in Milan (Italy), close to Duome cathedral, about one mille distance. You may see Duome from the terrace. Each room is clean and cozy. Kitchen and two bathrooms well equipped. The assistance of Sweet Inn in solving the problems and issues is on the high level. Thanks for Giulia and Serena for taking care our families.If I visit Milan once again, I'll contact with Sweet Inn.

Well organized company who deliver as promised. Could have made the accommodations a little more welcoming. (Enough Coffee pods etc.)

SweetInn Milano Duomo View, we stayed there for 2 night with an ultimate experience. Staff were very friendly and were waiting for us at the building entrance despite us being late. The apartment was in a great location, few steps from the Duomo and shopping district and city attraction, very clean and well organized, with a romantic view on the Duomo.
Highly recommend this asset for a wonderful stay in Milan.

Nice hotel-like service. If anything needed during your stay you can obtain help thanks to the chat of the sweet inn app. More services are available if you need like laundry, driver, refill for toiletries etc..

We stayed at a sweet inn in Paris. Paul was our host and very professional, courteous, and gave us valuable recommendations. First time in Paris, and thanks to this centralized sweet inn we were able to see a lot of popular attractions.

Arrived by taxi at 11.15 pm found Mrs. Karla waiting for us to deliver the keys, a very kind girl. During the stay available for any request. New, bright apartment. . Very comfortable beds.
We found slippers, comb, toothbrushes, liquid soap, shampoo shower, conditioner supplied.
Great location, near the center, quiet area. Strategic position to see the most interesting attractions of Seville (cathedral and Alcazar at a step but everything at more than reasonable distances on foot.).
The last day, left the apartment it was very convenient to be able to leave luggage at their offices to be able to turn freely until time of departure.
All excellent. I would definitely rebook at Sweet Inn!

This company uses Airbnb to take bookings and then tries to move you to other less attractive sites because of a “computer glitch”. This when the same property is still on AirBNB. I have had to find new accomodation at short notice having had a confirmed booking. This company cannot be trusted based upon my experience

The apartment was in a great location and the building was very cute . The apartment decor was very beautiful, everything was clean and stocked with all we could need . Check in was smooth , the host was responsive and the arrangement for us to be picked up was great . Overall a great experience !
