Sweet Inn - Paris 1st Arrondissment
From booking the apartment to arriving to leaving, everything was seamless. Communication with the Sweet Inn staff was easy and all emails were promptly answered. The apartment was exactly as pictured, had everything one could need for a stay, centrally located and clean! Thank you Sweet Inn - I will book again soon.

I booked more than a month in advance for an apartment in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris - near all the walkable sites. Now, only two weeks out, I've been told there is a a'technical error' and they'd like to book me at another location in the 'best part of the city' - the location is the 8th Arrondissement. This is no where near where I had booked. It is much further from any walkable sites. And it is a total impossibility for my grandmother who will be travelling with me.

We booked an apartment in Trastevere - Rome and it was really cosy and fun to live right in the centre of things. The Sweet Inn staff were very helpful in arranging airport transfers for us.

Beautiful three bedroom two bath apartment in paris, right next to metro on rue Des archives, tons of eating options nearby and walking distance to most of the main attractions.

Fantastic apartment in Rome. Situated in Via Urbana which is a small trendy little street with very little traffic. I highly recommend it.

We visited Barcelona for the first time and we had this luck to have Eduardo as our host. He is amazing and very kind, helped us a lot, marked on the map for us all the places we should visit, including where to go for drinks and dancing ☺️ The apartment was very clean and comfortable, amazing location, with shops less than 1min walk down the street. Best accommodation so far. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment, modern, big, the most comfortable bed ever! Great location in London! Staff helpfull and the chat is very easy to use!

Great cozy apartment in the heart of Paris

It's even better than a hotel... You are free to do whatever you want, they provide for towels, soap, even flip flops!
Very nice people, they wait for you at the entrance of the apartment. Great location, clean apartment.
I definitely recommend it!

The person was not there to meet me at the time agreed so I was stuck outside alone at 11pm in a strange city. I couldn’t get hold of anyone on any phone number or chat despite them supposedly offering 24/7 coverage. Useless experience - would not recommend. At all.
