50ies Les Paul P 90

Recently purchased a 50ies Les Paul P90, tobacco burst. Great guitar, Gibson is producing wonderful guitars at this point. Outstanding customer service as always, Nick is very attentive and willing to work with you.

I have used Sweetwater for gifts and this latest gift again was above and beyond. Besides delivering exactly what they promised when they promised, they gave me a personal call verifying my purchased and if I needed anything to call them directly. Now that is customer service! False advertisement

False advertisement, I still dont have my guitar that was ordered on the 14 December. And Sweetwaters customer service is garbage because they have no resolution my daughters guitar has been sitting in Plain City Ohio since 12/19/25 with no new shipping info. Sweetwaters 2 day shipping is a lie and an attorney general false advertisement will be completed with a screenshot of their 2 day lie( which means I should have had my package by 12/16/25 ).

Excellent Service with a Genuine Personal Touch

My experience with Sweetwater has been excellent from start to finish. Their communication and customer support are outstanding, and the entire ordering process was smooth and easy. Shipping was fast and reliable, and everything arrived exactly as described.

What really separates Sweetwater from other online retailers is the personal, human approach. Being assigned a dedicated Sales Engineer makes the experience feel more like working with a knowledgeable advisor rather than just placing an online order.

A special mention goes to Corey May, my personal Sales Engineer, who provided exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and honest guidance. His support helped me make confident purchasing decisions without any pressure. With his help, I purchased the RME ADI-2/4 Pro SE and the 64 Audio U12t, and both have exceeded my expectations.

Because of this experience, Sweetwater has earned my trust, and I plan to purchase more audio gear from them going forward whenever possible. Great service, knowledgeable staff, fast shipping, and a truly personal approach make Sweetwater stand out.

Highly recommended.

Sweetwater is one of the best companies…

Sweetwater is one of the best companies out there! I am not a musician, but my husband is - and they have helped me so many times find the perfect gear or gift for my husband. They go out of their way to help you, even if you don't place an order through them! I'm sure mistakes happen, but I can never imagine giving them less than a five-star review.

Excellent customer service!!

Excellent customer service!!! I purchased a few items for my nephew and it was stolen from their building. I called the to see what they could do and they called me back 24 hours later .Sweetwater re-sent the items (had them sent to a family member’s doorman building.) I would highly recommend this company !!!

Best Customer Service of any music store

I began shopping at Sweetwater online in around 2021 or 2022. I was assigned a personal representative named Ian, and he has been a real help to me, answering questions about products and helping me to determine the best products that will suit my needs. If ever he doesn't have a direct answer, Sweetwater has a team of experts who always can help.

I've referred so many friends to Sweetwater, and no one has ever had a bad experience. I can count on the folks at Sweetwater to take care of the people I send them. I am that confident in them. You can't beat these guys at Customer Service.

You also can't beat these guys for quality musical equipment and related merchandise. Their selection is second-to-none. If you're looking for new equipment, you can bet what you get will be new. If you're looking for ways to save money by buying something that is used but in good shape, they can help you with that too. Their tech support is fantastic.

They have "how to" videos already in place for so many of the questions I've had in the past (so I could solve my own issue or answer my own questions via the Sweetwater FAQ's) and shopping guides that take a lot of the guesswork out of buying musical equipment. I've had nothing but the best experiences with them.

If you find a better price anywhere else online, I can almost guarantee it won't come with the customer service and support they will give you, so think twice before you shop elsewhere.

I wish I had trusted Sweetwater sooner! I was originally skeptical about buying anything of value online. I've been very pleased with them.

Products used:
Pro Tools (by Avid Software) monthly plan for 3 years, Waves Audio plugin monthly package, various cables/adapters and accessories, and musical instruments (shakers, a cabasa, etc).

Been using Sweetwater for years, the difference between them and other big box online retailers is the great customer service - you can always get a human being on the phone when you need help, not just useless chatbots or AI

Sweetwater makes you feel like they know you. Because they do. I've ordered multiple things, and my sales rep always follows up, and checks in to make sure the product worked as intended. No need to shop anywhere else.

I bought a Washburn 12 string from…

I bought a Washburn 12 string from them. Their site says they have a umpteen point inspection process which I believe is actually 1. "Yup, that's a guitar" It arrived and it plays like Shit. Iif you have a problem you're supposed to send it back and wait for their assessment. I saw that they charge (I believe) $300.00 to set up your guitar when it should be playable out of the box. I gave them 2 stars only because they're polite.

Excellent Customer Service and Same Great Prices!

After making a few purchases on Sweetwater, I thought even if it costs more I'd continue to purchase through them simply because their excellent customer service. But when I actually compared prices, I have found it isn't any more expensive than other sites. So far I've purchased a DAW, a Roland keyboard, a mic, KRKs, audio interface, a variety of cables, and virtual instruments/orchestras over the last 11 years.
