Something is definitely not right!

A third person was nominated in April to pay everyone & now awaiting for the banks approval as there was a backlog with the third party authorisation. Not sure what to think anymore! Definitely alot of excuses have comeout since December 24! One thing was for certain the staff that worked for the firm were good. In the past, I have put postive and negative reviews, which I took off, because I didn't know what to believe. I just hope everyone gets paid soon!

Fraudulent trading help

If you have had any correspondence off swift resolution in regards to payment after December 2024 you can go after the director personally for fraudulent misconduct as the director was conducting business for a liquidated company. The debt then becomes his personally. I know that all of his staff were terminated without notice and were doing their best fighting for every client. The director should be ashamed for doing this to so many people.

Broken promises, lies and avoidance tactics

I am saddened to read how a person can have such an impact on others.
As all of the past reviews over the last 18months, I am in a similar position. For those that havent already done so may i suggest that you,
contact Companies House and make an objection against Swift Resolution being "struck off".
Contact citizens advice, provide them with details and ask for your case to be forwarded to Trading standards.
Best wishes to you all in exposing those involved, hoping that they are held accountable for any wrong and for getting what is rightly yours. Here's hoping for Karma.

Bunch of Crooks….

This company took my case knowing that they have no intention of paying me.
I would like this firm ( the owner) be investigated by serious fraud office in order to recover my & other clients money.
This person / his company transfers all assets to other people ie family members & this type of activities can be traced .
This guy must be held to account & bankruptcy law is to protect legitimate company trading ….

A huge let down & absolutely disgusted with service.

This company has held on to my money since my case ended in April 2024.

I requested them to recover a debt for me.
The person owing me money paid in full in May 2024 Since then I have had excuse after excuse, explanation upon explanation why I haven’t received what is rightfully mine.
They are illegally holding what is mine.
I’ve even seeked advice & support else where about this matter.

This matter has affected my health, It has made me ill and depressed.
I have now had to take legal advice and taking further action.

No money received...criminals

I was told that the last payment run would be 4th April & that I would receive a BACS payment within 3 working days. Unsurprisingly, nothing has been received. I have been screwed over by the original debtor and screwed over again by these criminals. I previously reported them to Action Fraud who said they wouldn't do anything as they didn't have 'any viable lines of enquiry'. I have put in a complaint about that. I will get onto Companies House next.

Fraudulent trading

Fraudulent trading
Fraudulent trading, avoid. If they dispute my review then I have recently obtained a court order from Carlisle County Court against both the company and its director (who I cannot name due to trustpilot but it is public record) for sum owed to my company for debt collected on our behalf but not paid to us since 2023 despite deducting their fee from the amount collected in 2023, as well as the fees of the bailiffs instructed by them at my expense. The Court system has been very slow, but I am not in any particular rush. Now that I have obtaimed the court order, I will be pursuing both of them for the sums owed to conclusion if the court order already in our favour is not honoured.

I think it will be difficult to recover anything from Swift Resolution Ltd or RLH Associates Ltd, but the Director is also personally liable due to his fraudulent activities. We need to ensure that he pays a price and cannot cheat others in the future

For whoever is owed debtors collection monies by Swift Resolution

Swift Resolution have a Active Proposal To Strike Off on the Companies House Website.

While the Strike Off is still active, the company can be made to pay back any Debtor’s money collected.

Once Swift Resolution is Struck off it will be virtually impossible to get the money back.

As the Striking Off order has been in place on and off since 30th April 2024 my guess is that time is of the essence now that the suspension of Striking Off has been re-lifted.

To keep this Strike off active, you can email the Registrar at Companies House and request that the Striking Off is suspended while yours and all other clients monies are paid the promised monies due to them. I added in this Trust Pilot Link. You can get this email address by Googling - email address of Registrar at Companies House.

If you have an active Companies House Registration then this gets to the Registrar speedier than if you send an email or a letter by post, which will take 2 weeks.
You get the link by Googling - Companies House How to Make an Online Objection?

Once we have all our monies back, then that is the time I think we have to query how Swift Resolution was allowed to operate when it hasn’t had a director since 31st March 2023, which automatically sparks a Company to be Struck Off, its Registered Office was moved to a Virtual Office in London 23rd September 2024.

On 7th March we received an email from Swift Resolution

I received an email from Swift Resolution on 7th March from Swift Resolution Collections email address about a payment suggestion by our debtor. We replied back the same day to the same email, and have never had a reply back. I then phoned the Swift Resolution landline number 2nd April which was picked up by another company who reckoned they had been using this number for around 6 months. Yesterday I received a call from another debt collection company who told me that Swift Resolution had gone into administration. Looking at Companies House, Swift-Resolution have currently not gone into administration, but they have got an Active Proposal to Strike off. Yesterday 3/4/25 someone had objected to them being struck off, but that does not appear to be on the Companies House file today.
In theory all client monies should be in a separate Client Account, so in theory we should all get our money back, we will see.

My question for Swift Resolution - why were you still conversing by email with my husband on the 7th March on the Swift Resolution Collections email address? Why were you still taking payments on the 7th March? When I replied on the same day, why did I then not receive a reply from this email address. Can’t understand why you did not have a fowarding system for emails sent to any of your company email addresses. My husband D Finch has now sent an email to the Swift Resolution Client Services email address. We look foward to a reply.

Criminal activities

Well the saga continues!!
Tomorrow I was promised I would receive my money but due to “personal reasons” this isn’t happening. You just couldn’t write this. The “Director” of this organisation needs arresting, surely this is criminal. You d took our money from our de gods only now to become another debtor to us, how can this not be criminal?

No contact

Until I read the reviews I didn't know this company had wound up. No one has contacted me to let me know what the next step is regarding an ip and any monies owed to me. The last update I received was November or December. I paid them to file a ccj and to start high court action last May but I'm unsure if any of these have been done. I feel totally let down.

More obfuscation

This company is run by people who have no morals or integrity. for example on a previous post the company owner suggests creditors contact this email address, - clientsserivces@ swift-resolution.com with no gap after the @ -It doesn't work, it seems like a strange email address, I challenge the director of Swift Resolution to post back on this site with a e-mail address that works. email address that works.

Is the company active

I have not heard anything from this company since early 2024. However the person who is paying off this debt has contacted me to inform me that the company is no longer active. I have contacted the company myself however have been unsuccessful through emails phone calls and online services. I have contacted the phone number that I was given and was told it had been disconnected. Upon research I found the website has stopped working and the emails have not been found.

If anyone could tell me anything about the company or any advice I would be most grateful.

Along with other unfortunate people,

Along with other unfortunate people,
This company is quick to answer within the “public domain” so people think they’re not at fault.
The agents have been paid in full for the job of collecting our monies from the debtors.
I have been promised and received excuse after excuse since September!!
Now we’re meant to trust that we will receive our owed money by April.

I cannot trust this company but hope and pray it’s true

We can now confirm that we are in discussion with an IP with a view to them being formally instructed before the end of the financial year, where client funds will be paid over.

We suggest that you contact clientservices@swift-resolutuion.com for further updates rather than being drawn into the nonsense appearing on this platform.

Please note, the above email address is lightly monitored so there may be a delay of up to 72hrs for responses to be received.
