After solicitors only asking for more money . they update me frequently Lizzie she is great , but to be fair everyone seems to be so helpful , I have full faith that they can recover my money from a difficult debitor. Scamming they should be in jail not scamming people like me.
These people are scammers , they tell you no win no fees .But they lie.They asked me for £180 to send someone to get my money ,But they never did ,then they asked me for another £350 without doing anything ,That is when I knew they are lying scammers. I asked them for my money back ,but they turn nasty. Please what ever you do ,DO NOT HIRE THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET A PENNY BACK INSTEAD THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR MORE AND MORE MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING FOR YOU .

I contacted Swift Resolution in August…
I contacted Swift Resolution in August 2023 regarding a debt owed to me by a medium sized Building Contractor who have subsequently gone into liquidation.
At the time, Marie responded quickly and was able to secure payment in full from the contractor within a couple of weeks.
I did have to wait the 90 days to receive the payment in my to my account, which arrived in full this week.

Made me feel like a debtor took ages to pay
Swift did manage to collect on the CCJ against a dishonest tradesman, however, despite collecting the money in October and being promised the money in November and December, no monies have been received. I understand they need to legally keep money for 30 days, and it’s not that much money in the big scheme of things, but it’s Christmas and all I get is excuses instead of the money they collected for me. Feel like I’ve been ripped off twice! Didn’t like their customer service, felt like they treated me like someone who owed money not a client. As for the client portal, I still have no idea what this is or how to access it. They tried to bribe me to remove my poor Google review saying they would pay me what they owed me if I removed it. I responded that I would correct any errors but not remove it. Apparently they have now paid me by BACS but nothing received in my bank yet 16/12/23.
Edit: Following your response, and thanks for posting my old town and full name.
1. In the review I stated you had fully collected the debt.
2. I never received the email about remittance and no monies are as yet in my account. I have responded with bank details for payment but assume this will now be January as if you don’t have my bank details you can’t have paid me as you stated below and in your email last night the remittance form is blank. Again, poor internal communication from Swift.

You previously stated I had made NO calls to your team, I provided evidence of the last one to help you locate the calls in your system and prove I did indeed make at least one call to respond to your previous allegation that I had made no calls which was a lie. I made three calls, one was a message left for Lizzie, the other two times I spoke to her. The first in October I was informed the debt had been collected in full on 3rd October but had to be retained for 30 days but should make the November run. The second was the message I left at the start of November. The final call was 24th November I was informed that Lizzie would speak to her line manager and see if my payment would make the December run and that she did not know why it hadn’t made the November one. I am not a business and do not have a call logging system and my phone only saves a certain number of calls in memory. You previously stated I had made no calls, and have now amended this to say you have a record of one message. And I have provided evidence of a further call. In a previous communication you mentioned a client portal which you have still not provided details of which you state would have provided a response within 24 hours and updates on my case. I still have no idea what this is or how to access it. May I suggest that you inform clients of this clearly to avoid communication issues in the future.
My feelings about being ripped off twice are my own and I do not need your permission to feel them. I have had to chase and chase and write reviews to get my money back from you and I don’t feel that I should have had to do that. By instructing a debt collection agency I expected the stress of chasing money to be over.
I have not lied about chasing despite your claims and received no updates from the this mysterious client portal. Perhaps rather than wasting time arguing with clients about reviews you should check your call logging and communications system are working correctly.
Final update: I have now been paid! Swift have fulfilled their contractual obligations finally.

Swift Resolution disappointed me highly. They were not able to do anything for me and I lost more than 2000 pounds just by paying them, for them to drop letters through letter boxes and even with correct informations provided to them. They could not locate the debtor for an year. I feel they did not do anything. I also had to chase for updates. Please do not use them and loose more of your money.
